Check-in process may be complicated and there is no one there to guide the process. We have to upload our own identity certificate and call the operator in order to be able to unlock the letter box to get the keys for the unit that we booked. The apartment itself is as clean and well maintained as per shown and described. Location is the main reason we booked this place as it is just a few minutes' walk away from the bus stop that connects to Naha and the Northern side, and also the tour activities meet-up location are just a stone's throw away from the apartment. Even though we booked for 2 nights, we all had enjoyed our stay there. What we love is the 2 convenient stores nearby the apartment and one big supermarket is already a huge bonus for us to get all our essential stuff and souvenirs that we need during our stay here at Chatan.
