The room was small, and there was a problem with the shower barrier — when you took a shower, all the water ended up in the room

Lovely to stay at Premium Hotel again. Breakfast is good more healthy options would be a plus.

On arrival the hotel parking was full and we were told we would have to park across the road (which was also full) eventually after some back and forth they allowed us to park in the electric charging bay. I was not given the correct room type with a king bed. It had 2 small singles. The connecting room door inside my room allowed all noise through. I could hear every conversation from the person next door. The bathroom sink still had toothpaste on it from the previous guest. I would not say this is a premium hotel.

We loved our stay in this hotel, it is beautifully kept and spotless. The staff were fantastic and super professional. The food was excellent quality and great value. The gift of a bottle of local wine on check out was a lovely touch. The only two criticisms I have are the fact that the wellness centre carried an extra charge, and the bedroom temperature was slightly hard to control.

The hotel was well looked after and the service was great. The rooms where cleaned to a good standard and the food was very nice. The only issues we had was with events. There where times when the dining hall and parking where booked out and restricted to non guests with no seen prior warning. The wine celler was only for groups who booked in advance, and the welmess center had a charge for use (but reduced for guests).

Hotel is great service was excellent. The town leaves something to be desired but good hotel for a get away

Good hotel. Good service. Clean place. Only bad point - Shower and toilet area is a block of glass within the room. If you don’t mind seeing and hearing your partner on the toilet then you will not mind this arrangement.
