Very polite and helpful staff. Clean room with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Breakfast was very good, with a good choice of food. Enjoyed our stay.

Loads of parking and I was made to feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. I was shown to my room and felt very well looked after. I ate in the restaurant both for evening meal and breakfast and the food was superb!

The hotel was very run down and needed a good clean in parts .Main foyer and restaurant /bar was ok .Staff were excellent and very hard working .Would maybe stay agin if in the area

Stayed for one night as it was close to the Princess Diana hospital where I was visiting a patient. Room was pretty basic, had a double bed, a TV, basic tea/coffee facilities, bathroom. Surprisingly decent number of plug sockets available to charge devices. Decor needs a serious revamp! Curtains couldn't close properly either. No air-con in the hotel so had to have the window open and a fan going. Although the hotel has free Wi-Fi available, it doesn't actually reach to the part of the hotel where I was being boarded, so good job I was only there one night and didn't need it much! To get to the room felt very odd - taken through a set of double doors and led past the indoor squash courts, then through more doors before being told to go up some stairs and turn down a small corridor. Old fashioned keys and no auto-locking on doors, and when leaving the hotel for any length of time, you had to leave your key at reception.

Dry helpful from the start, check in process easy and shown to the room. Room was clean and tidy with plenty of space and the breakfast was delicious too.

Prefect hotel for a business trip. Staff really helpful. On site gym and restaurant pass there evening well.

The room was great and hardly ant sound at night a great night sleep. The restaurant food is well worth every penny.

This is a decent budget hotel. Staff were all excellent. The rooms look a little tired in some places, but it is fair value for money.

Originally booked 2 nights stayed 1, cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom. advertised no pets and telephone when review the photos. Mattresses in the corridor when walking to my room, whilst radiators in the room controlled centrally cold through the night no extra bedding in cupboard except 2 pillows large room but ill equipt for the cold.

Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. A warm and professional welcome upon arrival and attentive service dinner. The only challenge was not having a lift to the first floor as navigating stairs with a suitcase and bag was challenging.

The hotel is I think one of if not, the oldest in Grimsby but comfortable, clean room. Good freshly cooked breakfast with lighter options. Warm friendly staff and always friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night but would stay again. Close to the station. 15 minutes.
