The hotel was conveniently right next to the train station and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our hotel staff was pleasant and happy to help answer any questions. Out room was ready early and had a nice view. It was clean and one of the more spacious places we stayed at while in Japan

Parking was a little confusing to find but once you ask the staff to show how to get to it it’s fine.

Perfect spot close to train station and easy walk to Himeji castle and food markets

Excellent location

I was deliberately early as I wanted to see the castle on my arrival day. The staff happily stored my luggage until I returned and was able to check in. A nice touch would have been for my luggage to have forwarded to my room as they knew I had arrived.

Great place to stay. Right next to the train and bus station. Lots of shopping and food restaurants.

Nice, spacious room. Early check-in allowed (a rarity in Japan!) Small but functional onsen. All in all well worth it.

Check in didn't go too well. Room was fine but hotel facilities a bit lacking

The checkin process was fantastic, and the baths are great. Our bed was massive! But we soon discovered it was because two full beds were pushed together making the bed disproportionately large for the room. The location was great for visits to the Himeji castle. Dont order the massage but do enjoy the hot baths and cold plunge on level 4.

Clean room, typical Japanese room size (not too small but not spacious). Convenient location. Parking could be limited even though they said hotel guests have priority. They have additional offsite parking partnerships if parking is full.

This hotel is a great location next to Himiji train station - just walk out and 3” walk to hotel; The rooms are small and dated thus the 4 star review; Breakfast had enough options, dining room - had a very good dinner; Public baths are tight with a lot of people using them; Staff was very polite and helpful;

Perfect place for ur stay in Himeji. The hotel is excellent and comfortable. The facility, for example the sauna is great. Also, the hotel staff is is very friendly and treat ur request likes the ones from their friends or family. Highly recommend.
