We booked 6 rooms. The facilities and cleanliness were fine. Note Room 718 had an empty toilet tank, so we had to flush it with a hose or use the next room. The check-in time was long, and the room wasn't ready even though we arrived at 3:30 PM.

My experience staying at Ibis Style Cikarang was quite satisfying. The facilities are complete, including a swimming pool and gym. The staff is also friendly, and the room amenities are quite complete, including a hairdryer and refrigerator. The breakfast menu is very varied, including both traditional and Western dishes. My suggestion is to pay more attention to cleanliness, as the room was still a bit dusty in some areas. The soundproofing is also poor, so noise from the next room could be heard in my room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here and will return again.

I had a great stay at Ibis. The staff were helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and the price was very affordable.

Hotel with middle price, middle top quality, comfortable, clean.

everything is ok except the security guard is completely useless. there are guests coming, no help at all.. the car is not told which way to turn when the back gate is closed, there are guests who want to enter the door, they even deliberately enter first without permission cutting in the way. besides that the wifi is very slow. for breakfast, pay 90 for salty food and not much variety, including expensive. it's a shame.. ibis styledic jababeka is far below the level of other ibis style.

only stayed one night... I checked in around 18.00, when checking in fine, the staff was friendly, but the type of room I booked by Traveloka was not as desired, ordered 1 large bed but what I got was 2 single beds that were made into one or pushed together, okay that's not a problem because I was really tired because of the trip and work, hoping to sleep soundly. not yet midnight, around 21.00 the electricity started to go off on, off on, off on up to dozens of times, and the power outages took quite a long time, when the power went out I took the opportunity to look out the window, it turned out that around the hotel the lights were normal, none went out, question dunk ???? and the power went off, off on, off on happened until when I wanted to take a dawn shower. what I want to ask is whether it is comfortable with the situation, the lights are turned off and the AC is also turned off, which has an impact on the temperature in the room being hot, can you imagine... continuing, and I checked out at 06.00, at the reception, only an apology could be said, did you not think about the rest time that was very disturbed because of this, and when the electricity went out there was absolutely no information whatsoever that came to us as guests staying there... note: the electricity was on and off until dawn before I checked out at 06.00, can you imagine... sleeping in the dark and the AC was off 👍👍👍 that's all I want to tell, before and after I say thank you

Good, clean and satisfying room.

I wish the hotel will more pay attention to the noted that given from the customer. At the time i booked the hotel, already mention non smoking room. But by the time i check in, only available flexible room. Which mean that the room can use by smoking or non smoking. The room at 3rd floor. When the lift open, already can smell the smoke in the air. The room clean and nice, but the air was not fresh. Maybe in the future the hotel can fix the smell from the smoker. Thanks

The hotel is comfortable, clean, the room is quite spacious, the staff is friendly and very helpful. We left some of our stuff after we got home, because we were from out of town the hotel was willing to help send it to our home address. Thank you Ibis Styles Cikarang.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness again. When entering the room there was a cup of sauce left under the bed. The telephone did not work. The soap and shampoo dispenser in the bathroom could not be used. The AC was cold. The food was varied (only the porridge sauce was salty). Easy check in, friendly service. The security was friendly and directed us directly to the parking lot. But Ibis Styles is still the main choice for our family. Continued success.

My comment, Alhamdulillah, all services are good. but please note that the AC is not cold enough, from the beginning I entered until the next day Check Out the AC was still not cold enough and the table where the food was placed was full of ants. That's all my comment. for the others it's quite good.

I made a last minute booking because it was too late so I checked in at 12 midnight, I got a cheap price plus srpan, the RCP/staff was friendly and explained it quite well, the room was clean, the service was good, the breakfast menu was plentiful if for the usual taste, and for 7 year olds, an additional charge of 45 thousand and it was perfect on Saturday morning there was a free fun kids activity, a swimming pool near the restaurant and gym, hopefully it will be even better in the future
