The check-in process took a long time, and despite my specific request for a non-smoking room, I was assigned a smoking room on the second floor. I therefore complained and requested a move to a non-smoking room on the sixth floor.

We came here for an event in Cikarang. We tried the gym, which was very worthwhile. The service was also good. Perhaps the cleanliness of the hotel room could use some improvement; there were a few stains on the mattress. However, it didn't bother us too much. Breakfast also offered a variety of menus, including shredded rice, spaghetti, omelettes, soup, fruit, and more. It was very complete. There's also a swimming pool. So far, this has been our choice when visiting Cikarang.

The bathroom is small and has no amenities. Parking spaces are very small. WiFi is slow.

This hotel appears to be in need of repair, as evidenced by the photo of our room's broken door. The furniture in the dining room where breakfast was served was also worn. The plastic flower decorations were also dirty. Overall, for a hotel of Ibis's stature, it was quite disappointing. It also seemed understaffed and lacking in smiles, greetings, and greetings to guests. Pros: The coconut fried rice was delicious, there was turmeric and tamarind jamu (herbal drink with turmeric and tamarind), rice with ginger, and wedang jahe (ginger drink with chili paste), the chili paste was delicious, the location was close to many eateries, the hair dryer in the bathroom worked well, the room was soundproof, and the hot water was sufficient. The hotel has also implemented a plastic-minimization approach by providing pitchers and water gallons in the corridor for you to take at will. Minuses: The salad vegetables didn't look fresh, the steamboat noodles smelled a bit off when I wanted to eat, the outdated furniture needed an upgrade, the bed sheets were no longer white, the towels weren't fluffy on the first day, but were better on the second day. Bathroom amenities included only a toothbrush and bar soap, no cup for toothbrush and toothpaste. The plastic flower decorations are dirty, it's a bit hot in the elevator and the employees don't smile, greet or greet.
