Loved everything but that the windows did not open!

A wonderful hotel!

Great location, contemporary design Had reservation for 3 rooms. Arrived 01:00am due to flight delays. On the 3rd room, we found out the hotel check-in a different guest. No problem, right? Well..... Hotel ended up providing a key for a room where a guest was already sleeping!! (Past 1 am!!). In My room, the plastic of the bed-head was deteriorated and pieces fall on the white sheets and pillows all the time. Not pleasant. Other tgan that, great potential but requires better management.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were a little small. The club room was a big plus.

Wonderful stay all you need for a short stay

very safe area and good choices to eat around. Also tea and coffee and light snacks are available at the hotel all day long.

Amazing Hotel. Its clean and very accessible to C TRAM GOING TO the centre of the city and train station.

Kinda strange. Owners made a big effort to creat a hip and cool hotel but screwed up some fundamentals. Shower have no water barriers so water gets all over floors. In first room the bathroom literally flooded because the floor pitch is wrong. In our second room it just splashed over most of the floor. Light switches were indecipherable. No pace to put luggage. Front desk said that they have no luggage racks and to put the luggage on the floor as the furniture is too small and weak to hold anything heavy. Floors are a cold rubberized material. A standard double is small with a bed that is not a queen. No fridge in room. No amenities.

3.5 stars-The hotel was decent overall—clean and welcoming—but not worth the price I paid per night. The city tax should be included in the booking fee to avoid surprises. While the bed and pillows were comfortable, the location was very convenient as the tram was easily accessible. The staff were friendly when present, though they weren’t always around.

Nice hotel. Tram nearby. Great concept ”Le Club”: free coffee & snacks. Good place to spend with your family or friends. Recomand!

We had a lovely one noght stay at the Okko Hotel, the room was small but efficient. The service was wonderful and they even have a gym with a sauna on request. The only thing slightly putting us off was the somewhat see-through design toilet in the room, but was overall fine

Super nice modern hotel in a great location with the tram steps away! The room is clean and comfortable and the club with snacks and coffee is amazing. We really appreciated the excellent friendly service.

Enjoyed the water view. Excellent facility.

It was very comfortable and very convenient location. Easy accessible to the tram service and connections to the main Central Station. Room size is not so big and find the bathroom size very small but otherwise everything was very good.

This is a clean and wonderful hotel with great, friendly and warm people working here. Highly recommend. And a terrific breakfast well worth the extra cost.

Easy to get to the train station and to town
