Staff were so polite and helpful when we needed to change rooms. We had a spacious, clean and perfectly equipped room for a great weekend in Camden.

Reception staff were lovely , welcoming and friendly. As a wheelchair user it wasnt completely accessible, step into reception! Several heavy doors to navigate to our room. Room was sufficient but bed creaky and duvet was tucked to tightly i couldn't pull it up.

Mattress not very comfortable, skylight leaked and shower water pressure poor. Otherwise ok.

Our room was fine and the beds/shower/refreshment tray good. We slept well. Our friends in room 202 were less fortunate with a non working TV and a dangerous socket by the mirror sparking blue flashes. On check out and informing reception of this dangerous situation they were told no one else had said anthing. I'd expect more for £200 for a small double room with no breakfast.

Amazing little find convenient for our concert at the Roundhouse. Decent little diner across the road too. Overall the room was large, tidy, and very modern. Tea, coffee and bottled water provided. Bathroom had shower gel and heated towel rail. Pub downstairs offered lagers and ales, but we ventured down the road for music. Overall a very tidy little number easily overlooked for the larger hotels. Definitely worth the stay.

Room was small, but clean and well maintained. Staff where friendly and helpful. Problem, room was v noisy, there was a constant humming noise like a vacuum cleaner on and off all night, plus the sound of the lift. A minor problem was that the flex on the kettle was too short to plug into a socket without putting the kettle on top of a loo roll. It was a shame that the room was so noisy, as i would have recommended this hotel if it was not for this.

Lovely hotel conveniently located for Camden or The Roundhouse. Clean room with comfy bed and everything you need for a night's stay. My only complaint was the room was very warm and the air con was quite loud, so didn't get the best sleep.

Great location for The Roundhouse

The room was really nice and spacious. The 3 star for facilities is to do with sound proofing. We expected to hear music from the pub but we didn't expect to hear doors making alarm noises past midnight and we could clearly hear people walking past or using water in nearby rooms.

Very easy to check in and out. Wonderful location right next to the underground. And the room was cozy and clean for a quick one night in London

A very convenient and comfy place to stay. Clean as a whistle. Check in and out very efficient and easy. The door was missing on the shower cubicle which was fine for us but did make for a bit of a watery mess for the cleaning staff I'm sure. Also, the windows are pretty soundproof, but there was a little noise from traffic, sirens and revellers so if you're a light sleeper that might be something to consider.

Excellent hotel for 1 or 2 night stay. Very convenient for walking to Camden market and a tube stop right outside for farther travel.Bathroom very nice and everywhere immaculately clean. N ot very much storage but ideal for a 1 2 night stay Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
