El estacionamiento seguro, el personal amable sin embargo las habitaciones no se entregaron a tiempo en el chek inn, la secadora de mi habitación no servía y el escusado presentaba fallas, el desayuno terrible

La regadera del baño en mal estado y desde muy temprano se escuchan las personas de aseo tocando puertas

Un hotel muy limpio, habitaciones cómodas, atención en recepción muy agradable, todo excelente :)

Great value for the rate of the room. Compelling aspects of this hotel is the staff friendliness, pets are allowed, and the facilities are clean. There is also plenty of restaurants and an OXXO located within the plaza. I would recommend for anyone that needs somewhere to stay in Irapuato.

Pagué arriba de lo que cobra el hotel en la página oficial de ellos ..a la hora de desayunar oh sorpresa tenia que pagar adicional por el almuerzo casi 10 dólares más por persona ,y que bueno que no acepte pues el almuerzo no valía la pena ,todas los sartenes vacíos a excepción de dos que contenía solo unos frijoles aguados y huevo solo revuelto sin ningún ingrediente ,no me vuelvo a hospedar allí ..el servicio al cuarto solo extendían las sobrecamas y se veía que las sábanas ni siquiera le daban una sacudida

I honestly disliked, that the property was not disabled friendly, yet a sign next to reception which I pointed out to the front staff. No safe to put your money or passports away. No coffee maker, No Refrigerator, No bottled water. wow really all these things all the other hotels provide. Everything I mentioned above is what makes us travelers' life easy. Having none of these amenities really makes us not want to come back. Honestly, I will never stay there again. And you staff, every time I had questions, they never knew the answers and inform me they would get back to me with the information i needed. And your continental breakfast is so limited. I travel a lot and never never in all my years traveling have I seen such a limited menu, items for breakfast, and amenities that hotels should have for their guests. I will never refer this hotel. And if they as me, I will definitely inform them of what you guys don't provide. Your hotel is falling behind and need to provide better services.

I paid for three rooms, only to arrive and be told I would not be able to stay at the hotel in the rooms I paid for as they had none of the double queen beds available, after that I had to book a total of 6 rooms, two hours had passed since we arrived to the time the hotel was able to get us in.

I liked everything about the hotel until someone from the cleaning staff stole my AirPods.
