Good hotel. Enjoyed my stay.

All personnel were very kind, was able to book tour through them. Many good restaurants in area and near zocalo. Next to El Globo cofee shop and Bimbo museum . Rooms very clean and comfy . Rooms not very soundproof but on a very quiet street , easy for Uber to access. Will stay here again.

Very kind staff allowed me early Check-in. Clean room with street view, no noise. Excellent Centro Histórico location short walking distance to multiple museums and historic restaurants . Luggage storage easy. Plenty of street food and tiendas nearby. Uber no problem.

Clean rooms

Travelled to Mexico City to celebrate my mom's birthday -both of our first time. This hotel was awesome! Chose this hotel cause it offered a buffet breakfast, did not DISAPPOINT. Raul and Irene, the weekend waiters, were beyond attentive, treated us like princesses. The cook was always more than willing to make us our special omelettes to order (which is such a nice amenity) the rooms were super clean and spacious, the location of the hotel was SUPER safe (and around the corner from Los Cucuyos) and everyone did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would recommend to anyone and will be visiting this same hotel again when we return to Mexico City

This hotel was overall okay, but there were a few issues that affected my experience. When we first arrived, the room assigned to us had an unpleasant smell, almost as if it had been cleaned with a dirty cloth. Additionally, our room was located next to the supply/cleaning area, which made it very noisy—especially early in the morning. We asked if it was possible to switch rooms, but were told the hotel was fully booked and nothing could be done. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again if I return to Mexico City. There are other hotels in the area that offer cleaner and more comfortable accommodations at a similar price, so in my opinion, this one was not worth the money.
