Perfecto todo, lo único es el TV básico

This is our fifth stay. It is ALWAYS a pleasant stay. This time a chubby lady in the breakfast area was a rude but Eva quickly made the situation perfect. Kudos to you Eva. Your class, exquisite manners, excellent costumer service skills and grace will take you places. Sonesta must be proud to have you in their ranks. Absolutely recommended. Great location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Easy to get transportation to move around. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Very friendly and welcoming.

Great service and good location right on top of a nice shopping center. Restaurants and shops all walking distance. Breakfast is included with a great variety of fruits, eggs, pastries, etc. The pool is very small, though, so don't expect much there, in case you are looking for pool time.

This was honestly a perfect hotel experience. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond cleaning the room every day. They respected my privacy as well if I had a sign on the door. A great breakfast option every morning. A top notch place to stay and I will be staying again. They have a great laundry service and the restaurant on the roof is awesome.

My second time staying there, The hotel was clean overall, the staff was very attentive. Breakfast on the 7th floor was very good and a highlight of the stay. There was a small issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed immediately, which was appreciated. Will look forward to stay there again..close to all shopping center

Tried to charge us 1.7 million pesos for tourist pack. Insane attempt to rip us off.

They tried to charge us for 1.3 million pesos for a tourist packect, for insurance, for days paid online, for already paid mini bar items at checkout. We took a pucture of the bill and he tried to snatch it away from us. We just walked away. Criminal attempt to rip us off.

Clean room with a great view. Would definitely consider coming back

I give 5 stars to the staff at the reception. I give 3 starts to the staff at the breakfast restaurant. The service was poor, we have to leave the table 3 times looking for someone to bring us coffee
