I love this hotel!! The staff are always impeccably groomed, attentive, and smiling. I traveled solo and stayed there for 9 days; I would head out in the mornings, and upon my return, my room was always clean and spotless. I recommend it 100%.

I love this place so much, that i dont care that its not Roma Norte.

The customer service was excellent, and the communication was always clear and attentive. We were also very satisfied with the transportation service to and from the airport, as it was very punctual and convenient. We will definitely use this hotel and its services again in the future.

Considero que el hotel tiene que mejorar mucho la limpieza de la habitación y las condiciones del mobiliario. Al menos fue lo que vi en la habitación que me toco, Yo no reserve habitación con cocineta y me asignaron una de ese tipo, una de las tazas para el café esta sucia de labial, la otra estaba estrellada, el cenicero de la terraza tenia una colilla de cigarro, los vidrios del baño y regadera estaban correados de jabón. En la esquina del techo en la zona del baño se veía humedad, la base de la cama por los pies se veían las maderas de la cama, la puerta donde esta la tarja de la cocineta no cierra bien. Comentario adicional. Yo considero que si rentas una habitación para 2 personas lo correcto es que cada persona pueda consumir una capsula de café. No es asi, hay un letrero en la cafetera, que dice que puedes usar una capsula de café en cortesía y la segunda tendrá un costo de 35.00 pesos.

Excellent place, awesome sunlight, good experience. The room service is excellent. Don't forget to order a portion of bacon in every meal.

One problem hot water doesn’t stay constant in the shower but a great place to stay

The booking clearly stated that parking was included but we were charged. When we showed the staff the booking and where it clearly stated that it was included they just said there was nothing they could do and still charged us.

Se ve un hotel muy estricto porque desde la recepción esta muy limpio y silencioso pero en ningún momento me molestaron o intentaron hacer cobros de mas, siempre respetando mi privacidad y estancia, yo iba porque fui a un evento de artistas y aproveche para cerrar nuevos eventos en los cuales utilizaba la habitación para platicar los detalles y nunca senti el acoso de los de recepción o malas practicas aunque se respetaron las normas se agradece que me sean honestos y tengan gente con criterio en la recepción, MUY RECOMENDADO ya que tambien la zona es muy tranquila y de tiene tiendas restaurantes, plazas y demás todo muy céntrico.

Awesome room, great view, great service. Walking distance to nice places. Quiet, Hot water, super clean, kitchen+fridge, Courtesy bottled drinking water in the room, fancy cucumber water at the lobby. I loved it.

Está ubicado en un lugar seguro pero no hay muchas opciones cercanas para comer, aún así muy recomendable, buenas y modernas habitaciones

The furniture and room amenities need maintenance. Room services are ok, food is cold, toasted bread is not toasted, coffee cold and no sugar or cream, eggs raw.

lovely stay always... the area is not very touristy but has amazing restaurants (including fine Chinese next door and amazing tacos about a block away), museums (the Iglesia del Carmen has an amazing baroque art), monuments, and shops. the only thing that isn't true about the listing is that the property has a pool... not so.

As always, the staff at the check in desk ate not friendly. My room was not available until 4:30pm!!!

A beautiful place with genuinely friendly staff. I’ve stayed here several times, and it truly feels like a home away from home…..I’ll definitely keep coming back.
