Wonderful in every regard.

I was skeptical when I saw the high rating. I am no longer skeptical. It is well deserved. I would fly from the USA back to Siem Reap just for the coffee at breakfast at Golden Temple

Staff was phenomenal! So kind and attentive. An oasis in the middle of the city. Most soft comfortable beds ever !

Hotel is beautifully presented and clean. Every detail has been carefully thought through. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Stayed in a premium king/twin room and it was huge with firm but comfortable beds. Bathroom was fantastic with little extras like the salt scrub in the shower. We had a spa package with body scrub, massage and facials which was enjoyable. Spa is well presented and spa manager was very attentive and eager to ensure our visit was as relaxing as possible. Breakfast was in the restaurant at the sister hotel across the road. Decent variety of foods and they were able to accommodate a food allergy with ease. Location was perfect for us, as it was a short 4-5 min walk to Pub Street in one direction and the same to the Night Market along the river in the other direction. Plenty of places to eat and tuk tuks are easy to find although the hotel can also arrange those. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

The staff was incredible and very helpful. They advised us to upgrade which was a great choice since the room that I had booked wasn't big enough for the entire party. The location is quite central, with a lot of restaurants/stores around. The room was fabulous, clean, and quite spacious. Perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the temples. We also tried the spa, and it was perhaps one of the best experiences I've had.

This review is for both Boutique and Residence. Truly extraordinary customer service! We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels including high end 5 star luxury hotels (Fairmont, Four Seasons and Shanghai-La) and can definitively state in terms of customer service these two locations are easily on par with the aforementioned 5 star luxury hotels. Every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly and made sure our entire stay with them would be comfortable. The two hotels are centrally located in the heart of the food and entertainment district of Siem Reap with everything within walking distance. The pool is very refreshing after a long day out; their restaurant and spa services are very good. We will definitely be recommending them to all of our family and friends!

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 4 night stay at the Golden temple Boutique hotel in Siem Reap. The most memorable part of our stay was meeting an amazing team of staff, who will always go the extra mile to help, support , advise and guide you. They are some of the most wonderful, friendly people we have met on our travels. Special thanks to Victoria, Leak and Nuth who made sure our stay was memorable. The hotel organised a private guided tour of Ankhor Wat and other temples, with a great driver, Mr Lucky and a super informative guide Kai. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is a wonderful feast and the location of the hotel is ideal for accessing the main delights of Siem Reap - just minutes to walk to the main attractions ie restaurants, Pub Street, night market, old market, etc. I would absolutely recommend the hotel.

Great staff and big, airy bedrooms. Perfect location for everything in the centre of town.

Internet services are VERY SLOW and hard to login. The staff was OUTSTANDING! The breakfast was super. Fresh ground coffee cappuccinos were heavenly! The tour guide ( LUCKY )and the driver ( Mr. Lay) were great! Overall Cambodia is a beautiful country full of kind beautiful people. We WILL VISIT AGAIN!

Excellent location. Customer service was outstanding… stayed for 4 nights and staff were incredible throughout. Room was very spacious and clean and lots of little things made this stay extra special by the thoughtfulness of the hotel/staff

The staff was incredible! They did everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The hotel was located in a very convenient location. Close to many good restaurants and Pub Street. The spa was wonderful and the manager was so helpful and accommodating. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend to others.

Had a 7 night stay and everything was perfect. Hotel is very clean and the room was big, the staff here are all so polite and nothing is too much trouble. Had many massages which were all wonderful and will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit here. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
