Was a lot of value for the price. The pool was nice and clean and refreshing, the room was huge and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Every member of the staff was courteous and very helpful. I will stay there next time I am flying out of Tampico international

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was in fair condition, no issues during my stay.

The staff its really friendly and they do their best with whatever they have. Unfortunately the cleaning cant say the same i found hair in the washroom, the door was broken, the sheets didn't feel feesh. I had to order more towels and they took a while to bring it over. And they are the smallest The staff at front desk 10/10 Cleaning 5/10 (i seen worst) Im sure that you guys can do it better! You have great location make the best of it.

This is a nice hotel although it is from another era but it has been well-kept. We love having a large courtyard where we could park our car but because of our age and size we park in the overflow lot because the courtyard spots are narrow. Another benefit of the courtyard is that it has a long entrance tunnel which blocks much of the noise from the street. In the past I have successfully charged our plug-in hybrid vehicle in the overflow lot. This time it wouldn’t charge. I suspect that the electric panel for the hotel has lost its connection to ground because I could also not charge when testing the 110v by plugging in my cable to an outlet in our hotel room. I tested whether it was perhaps something wrong with my vehicle by successfully charging elsewhere in Tampico. I hope for everyone’s safety the hotel maintenance staff gets the ground connection tested.

Buen espacio en la habitación, la regadera no al 100

The place is ok for a short stay. The front desk personnel and attendants during breakfast are polite but not very friendly as I’ve seen in other hotels. The key card has to always be reprogrammed EVERY time we leave the room so don’t forget to do it once you arrive to front desk or else you will have to walk all the way back. In my opinion the place needs updating and staff needs to be more hospitable and approachable.

Me gustó: Está muy céntrico, precios accesibles, piscina, desayuno incluido, estacionamiento, internet. No me gustó: tuve un problema con el internet que al final se resolvió pero hasta el día siguiente; el cuarto me pareció un poco descuidado con unos cables salidos donde iba un foco; no estoy seguro de lo que incluía pero sólo me ofrecieron un desayuno cuando en realidad me quedé dos días. Al final: me pareció una buena opción y sí me volvería a quedar en este hotel.

Hafersons has excellent parking where I was permitted to plug in my EV! This hotel has very nice suites which are very roomy. I would be happy to stay long-term if I needed to remain in Tampico.

I like how this hotel is laid out so as to minimize traffic noise. It is also very secure and safe with a central courtyard for parking. The breakfast is table service and is excellent. I was also able to plug in my car to charge overnight via an accessible 110v outlet!

The rooms are in bad conditions, the safe box doesn't work

Old. Bathroom particulary looks cheap and dirty. No hot water.
