The room was very good but the carpet had a damp smell to it. The satellite TV was out for most of our stay (2 days) apparently due to the weather and a previous problem they said Bell was aware of. I found that they could use some sound proofing between the floors of the building. You could hear people walking and using the shower/bathroom. We really enjoyed the free Trappers breakfast at the restaurant and also enjoyed both our dinners we had there.

What an excellent place with a great adjoining restaurant. The staff, room and dining are just so good!

Everything was wonderful. Staff very friendly,Room beautiful with a kitchen. Breakfast was offered but we had to leave at 4am to catch a ferry. Highly recommend this hotel

Everything was perfect, there was a small issue with included breakfast but Mr. Mo at the reception fixed it for us. Special thank to him.

The hotel was off the main road and very quiet! The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Staff were efficient, friendly and very helpful

Because it was a statutory holiday, kitchen was closed but they did have a bagged breakfast, which was nice. It would be great to have second bedroom units because our 3rd guest had to sleep on a pull out and she said it was very uncomfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised on the service we received when arriving at Royal inn and Suites. The Front Desk staff were so helpful. Having laundry facilities available was top notch. The restaurant Mamattuk next door was excellent for dinner and the complimentary breakfast. We highly recommend Royal Inn and Suites.
