nice place and good location to stay

This was a great place to stay for a quick girls trip to niagara falls with my daughters. The room was lovely, the hotel was clean and the staff throughout were so friendly and welcoming.

What a wonderful stay. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Clean rooms, excellent amenities, All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Especially Sandra and Sandy at the front desk. Any issues were resolved immediately, making our vacation stress free.

We had an excellent time! Staff was so friendly - location is in the heart of all the entertainment. This will definitely become our new getaway hotel moving forward whenever we come back to Niagara.

All was good, only thing no free breakfast like other hotels, and no free coffee in the lobby like others offer. The hotel is beautiful tho

This was our 4th time staying here as a family, and we always enjoy our stay. This was our first time eating at the hotel restaurant. We had the buffet breakfast which had good options like French toast, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, tater tots, stewed apples, blueberry syrup, etc. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. We look forward to coming back next year.

My 4 year old son and I enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and he loves the pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well. The staff was so kind.

When ever we go to Niagara we stay at this hotel it is the most convenient place. Every thing is a walking distance .

Over all our stay there was great. The staff were so friendly and nice. The room was so tidy and neat. Made it feel like we were at home. The hotel was really close to everything a great spot to walk to Clifton hill attractions. The wifi was good. I liked the rain shower in the bathroom. I would definitely go back there.
