Overall Vittoria hotel was very nice and clean. Would recommend adding shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps to the shower. Also, the breakfast buffet was very expensive for the quality of food that was served.

room was ok, but parking was off site. didnt like that.

Nice hotel, on the wego bus line, had a falls view room on 10th floor (not on top of falls but could see them from the bed) quiet, Breakfast was pricy but it is a tourist area. Seconds from Clifton Hill.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at. I believe Lilliana was the name of the women who checked me in. She was so polite. Hotel is very clean and up to date. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The buffet breakfast has so much to pick from. Great stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! Sometimes choosing a hotel you're not familiar with can be a gamble, but this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to our room, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient, with options available both onsite and just a short five minute walk away. While our room did not have a direct view of the falls, the location was fantastic.It's across the street from the main attractions and within easy walking distance of the falls. We especially loved being able to watch the nightly fireworks from our riverfront room. If you're looking for a great breakfast spot nearby, PUR is a must. The cinnamon pancakes were absolutely delicious and a highlight of our trip! Overall, this hotel provided one of the most comfortable stays we've had in a long time. In fact, it was the first time I've gotten a full eight hours of sleep in quite a while. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great place and would definitely recommend! Very nice rooms and a great location. Only downside was the tv wasn’t the best… but can always bring something yourself to watch. That doesn’t change the fact the place was amazing and the staff was so helpful

Excellent stay in Niagara Falls! The location is one of the biggest advantages, with Clifton Hill, the Falls, and most major attractions all within walking distance. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. The facilities were great, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

TV not working. Reported by phone when got to the room, was told would send someone to review. 30 min later went to front desk to report issue and mention we were stepping out for dinner and if could please send someone as we wanted to watch fifa games upon return. Came back to tv still not functioning and no message or sign that someone even came to fix. Very disappointed in customer service of this hotel. No interest whatsover in taking into consideration client needs.
