While most likely still the best in town, it is pricey for the quality: unvacuumed carpets, very dirty inside window panes, overall weird/awkward interior design. Comfy mattress, breakfst very good. Dining very expensive for quality & region. Property clearly banking on total lack of competition. Would stay again for about 30% lower price.

Property was fantastic. Location was great. AC in rooms would be great in summer.

The hotel is a good choice for relaxing, connected to the shopping mall through a cable car, the hotel is remarkable in cleanness, quietness and location, but the breakfast choices is so limited and I believe it can be improved

The hotel was nice however I was disappointed that they advised the spa facilities is not included but additional payments are required to use the facilities. To me, this is the first time I've been told about a hotel with spa facilities. I am referring to sauna/ pool facilities and NOT spa treatments. In the Hotel.com booking, this was not stated either that spa facility was not included but with an add-on charge. Also during the checkout, we were charged a total of CZK 188.25 (EUR 7.53) for 2 people for the Hotel Tax for one night stay. I asked why but the hotel receptionist was not helpful but just said to contact Hotel.com. I checked on the web that one-night tax would be CZK 21 per person but I am not sure why this CZK 188.25 came from. I will check this with Hotel.com as instructed.

This was booked for our engineers who reported back that this was one of the most comfortable beds they had slept in. Food was excellent and service good.

Wonderful stay!! Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable! The guy at the reception was wonderful, very friendly and polite, the fastest check in ever, we booked online few hour before we arrive and when we arrived everything was ready! The restaurant is delicious and the service is also Great! I totally recommend this hotel! Plus is a beautiful building!

It was a last minute stay. The hotel was great. The service was slow. We booked a room for a family of 4 but upon arrival there was only 4 beds made. However, the family apartment was super comfortable, clean and spacious. The hotel is located on top of the hill with a view to the river, town and many factories and smoke stacks around. The hotel was the only nice thing in the town. Restaurant food was excellent!!!
