Location is good.

Free noddles at night. Great central location in Okaido.

Hotel is close to shopping street and public transportation, there is a footpath in front of the entrance and the onsen bath is very soothing

Located in one of the most popular areas in Matsuyama, walking distance to the Castle Ropeway, Mitsukoshi Dept store and many other attractions. Easy public transport to Dogo Onsen by tram or bus. Lot's of eating options from cheap chain shops to specialty shops (sushi, yaki-niku, etc) Their public bath is a plus. Recommended.

Located very convenient to the tram station, restaurant and shops. We loved the breakfast buffet.

Excellent hotel with super breakfast and onsen. Centrally located beside Okaido shopping street and close to Matsuyama Castle. 15 mins on tram to Dogo Onsen.

The staff was very helpful. Spent a lot of time finding the information we needed. The room was comfortable, but very small. The hotel has a Japanese hot spring. Conveniently located for many eateries, shops, bus and streetcar stations.

Very clean room, with pretty good access to plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Staff were very friendly, and I would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay here. We appreciated the location of the hotel and the great service. Also we want to thank A. Kono at the front desk for speaking English and calling for information for us about the Matsuyama ferry and ordering a taxi for us. She made our stay very pleasant. We would stay here again. Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities like massage chairs and a nice public bath.

I loved this hotel, my only complaint is that breakfast starts a little later than most hotels I’ve stayed in, so I wasn’t able to eat the breakfast I paid for because it started after my workday starts

It’s a standard hotel in Japan, room is small, staffs are very helpful, location is great, various restaurants nearby. Everything you need is just a few steps away, perfect for 1-2 nights short stays.

Rooms are cozy, but the main aspect on this hotel is the onsen. Really nice and relaxing!

Tiny room but clean. The staff was very kind, but seemed unable to coordinate with the parking garage about our paid parking. We enjoyed being in the Ookaido shopping area, where there were plenty of good restaurants.

Location was very close to the Iyotetsu train station and located on a very big mall with lots of things to do and lots of good restaurants. The morning breakfast was excellent but not as good as the Dormy in Wakayama but still good. Free washes with 100 yen dryer and free popsicles and drinks at the onsen was nice. Will definitely choose this place again
