Onsen was perfect and the breakfast at the hotel was 5 star. All kinds of things to try!!

I enjoyed the stay here. The room was small but thoughtfully designed so everything was there and easy to reach. Breakfast was quite good, the onsen was nice. Instead of a cotton yukata there were nylon pants and shirt which wasn't as nice but worked. The only drawback is that the hotel is on a pedestrian mall that caters to night life and doesn't really have nice restaurants or interesting shops, so finding a good meal was unsuccessful. But the 7/11 is down the block, so and buses and trams are steps away. The staff was incredibly helpful. Overall a good place to stay.

In terms of amenities and value for money, Dormy Inns is easily my favourite hotel chain in Japan. The biggest plus is of course the Onsen, with suana and outdoor bath, but they also cater to so many little things: free late hour noodles, free popsicles and treats on the Onsen floor, free coffee, tea (all locations) or lemoade (some locations). I'm not sure if this is true for other hotels in Japan but I have now stayed at 5 different Dormy Inns and on average check-in has tsken 2 minutes and check-out has been 10-15 seconds.

Did not eat breakfast. Very convent location with shopping food and castle nearby within walking distance.

Located in one of the most popular areas in Matsuyama, walking distance to the Castle Ropeway, Mitsukoshi Dept store and many other attractions. Easy public transport to Dogo Onsen by tram or bus. Lot's of eating options from cheap chain shops to specialty shops (sushi, yaki-niku, etc) Their public bath is a plus. Recommended.

Located very convenient to the tram station, restaurant and shops. We loved the breakfast buffet.

Excellent hotel with super breakfast and onsen. Centrally located beside Okaido shopping street and close to Matsuyama Castle. 15 mins on tram to Dogo Onsen.

The staff was very helpful. Spent a lot of time finding the information we needed. The room was comfortable, but very small. The hotel has a Japanese hot spring. Conveniently located for many eateries, shops, bus and streetcar stations.

Very clean room, with pretty good access to plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Staff were very friendly, and I would be happy to stay here again.
