Ok place

Happy at the front desk may have been the best clerk I’ve ever encountered. Explained everything well and was very detailed. Hotel itself was not great. Very run down from rusty stairs to 1980 lamps lined with dust. Lighting in the room and bathroom was very limited and although everyone has a cell phone…no USB chargers available. It was fine for the night but not sure I would book again.

Problem with sink and air conditioner was fixed almost immediately after reporting problems. Front desk staff were very helpful

We really enjoyed our stay at Super 8 by Wyndham. I wanted to be a short walk from Clifton Hill and the Falls but also wanted a pool and breakfast included and it was available for just $200 plus parking and tax. Breakfast had a good selection including waffles, boiled eggs, toast, yogurt and fruit. The pool water was clean and warm. The room was large and the bed was really comfy. The stay would have been perfect if there was a mirror on the wall over the desk with an outlet or extension cord. This would have been another place to do hair and makeup while my spouse showered.

if you are allergic to mold and cigarette smell avoid this place because the rooms are completely smoky, they do not monitor it at all. mold everywhere, both in the bedroom and in the bathroom, and your blanket will be damaged by cigarettes. Also at a price of $ 70 per night you will not have any hygiene products in the bathroom, not even regular soap. Sorry but even in a two star hotel and a price of $ 40 they give shower gel and soap. Seriously this is terrible, avoid this month.

Everything was as described!! Had a really nice stay and the staff were patient and definitely accommodating!! Highly recommend for your stay. All attractions are right at your finger tips. Totally convenient. Lots of places for dining, shopping and lots of activities for children and adult's alike! The rates are very affordable as well.

My wife and I go to Niagra Falls every few years for a 3 day get away. It is hard to find someplace close to the Falls that is reasonable and clean with on site parking. We have yet to go to the same place twice. We will be going back to this Super 8 again. Staff was great, room was clean, free parking on site, no surprises with the bill.

The room was poorly maintained. The toilet is disgusting, the base heather was so dirty, the baseboard seems like never been clean for so long. The shower was leaking, the sink was so dirty, seems like the cleaner doesn’t bother to clean it. The parking says in the website free but they charges us $20 for 2 nights! The breakfast place was crowded and not ideal place to serve it at the basement! Not recommended for family! Will never comeback again.

They should call thks a motel not a hotel. Washrooms only had light fitted mirrors and no other light. Toilet were leaking and were so small i felt like they for only for kids. Had to switch to a new hotel and these pelple only refunded my half money.

I appreciated the cheap price, continental breakfast (especially the nice coffee machine!), and walking distance from the falls. The beds were also super comfy! However, the rooms were not the cleanest, and I had one croissant at breakfast that was moldy.

The building is fine, the outside grounds are clean, and the customer service was good. The elevator is dirty and unhygienic, and the room is not clean. I had to call the front desk and tell them. Someone came and swept and mopped the room. They did not dust the tables and the TV. I also got bed bitten before I left, the entire hallway and room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though there are signs labelled "No Smoking. I had to hurry out of there and find it difficult to recommend this place to anyone. I stayed at similar hotels of this name in Timmins and Moosonee, and the places were immaculate.
