It took me 30 minutes at 1130 night to get my booking the receptionist refused I had a booking I knew I had kept insisting so he had to find it with rain and late night extremely stressful! Room was on outer side very noisy from traffic and I slept poorly ! Only location is nice and that’s it

The property needs some maintenance.

I would rate this property average. The property has what it needs but nothing extra. It is quite a walk to the main part of town, but it is doable. There are not many options nearby for dining. Overall, it was easy to check in/out and I felt safe staying at the property.

Everything is easy. No cards or keys. You have a code for opening the door

Unsanitary conditions. The hallway smelled like fermented trash, the bathroom ceiling was moldy and smelled horribly. There is no elevator. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Stay away!!!!

You get what you pay for. It is basic breakfast and all.

Check in was very easy. The room was clean when I arrived with two towels. However, surfaces such as the desk and bathroom were dusty. I really enjoyed that cleaning services came in everyday to make the bed and bring in fresh towels. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would definitely stay there again if I returned.

Good value for money. Room is clean and house keeping daily which is rare these days… Very near the bus terminal so access to city centre is very convenient and cheap…There’s machines where you can order take out meals ranging from simple pizza and sandwiches to a more elaborate menu and be sent to the hotel.. there was even Halal options which is very much welcome… there’s drinks and snack machine and also a microwave oven at the reception… very efficient service.

Chambre très petite, réception presque fermée en tout temps, l’arrivee De fait de façon autonome sauf qu’on m’a chargé deux fois, j’ai dû me faire rembourser. Près du terminus d’autobus qui mène directement au centre de Aix en Provence!

Everything is in great condition except the property is less new than the other B&B locations. Well, it definitely compensated with other good things, including the staff and the value in the area. Still, very satisfying !

The room was very small, no comfy pillows. The breakfast was really bad

One needs to plan bus travel in advance to the hotel otherwise it is a 3 km walk from the centre, and on Sundays about one an hour and none in the evenings

Biggest complaint is that the hotel claimed to be in walking distance to everything. The Center was a 10 minute drive through construction. I would not recommend walking. It was just off the Autovon, but do not go without a car.

While the reception are and room were clean, the less said about the carpeted stairs and hallways the better. They were filthy stunk, particularly the stairs which gave off a sickening odour

a good/compact place to rest. note that there is no lift. had to pay a deposit for hair dryer. it is a 30min walk away from the town, but i appreciate it is near the bus terminal- perfect as i came to aix via bus.

Overall pretty good. Best Wi-Fi speeds from all hotels. Noisy air con. Area could be quieter from a traffic viewpoint. Bit of a walk from the station but doable. Carrefour city 15 min walk away. Would stay again.

We could not find this hotel for the life of us, we asked about 20 people, even bus drivers and noone knew where it was..perhaps putting directions on the website would help others:) Other then that, great comfy clean place to stay.
