We only stayed one night but the room and hotel was clean and staff friendly

Room was fine. No smoke issues during my 2 day stay. TV channel selection was standard. Hot water was consistent. Only negative might be the lack of power outlets near the bed which made charging phones inconvenient. Location is very close to the Suwon City Hall subway stop and has a GS25 across the street with a CU and Emart24 within easy walking distance.

We didn’t have any expectations when deciding to stay here as it was a cheap last minute option. However, we will most likely stay again if in the area. First of, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and kind. So much that they ended up walking my husband to the laundromat away from the property.

Smoke smell was all around above 3rd floor. I asked to change the room from 5th floor to 3rd where was less smell. The staff was very kind. If you can afford it, I recommend another hotel.

Fast and Nice Services Clean Rooms

It as been a pleasant stay.

Its location is pretty good. Close to the subway station and other places to eat, shop, and drink.

The place was very clean and organized near the subway station along with other entertainment options. The staff was very nice and spoke English well.

Friendly staff and clean linen. Enjoyed walking Olympic park right by hotel in the early morning.

방이 너무 청결하고 침대쿠션도 너무 좋았어요. 욕실도 너무 깨끗하고 깔끔했구요. 직원분들도 다들 친절했습니다. 가격대비 가성비가 너무 좋아서 내일까지 하루더 숙박연장을 할 생각 입니다.
