The friendlyness of the staff was really fantasic. Helpful at so many levels. I came for the Ironman event and they were were so helpful. It was very handy that i could park my car there as well

Hotel was very good. It was extremely clean, there seemed to be so many cleaners every day! The pool was excellent with plenty of sun loungers. The room was for three of us, a little tight but aircon worked fine and was comfortable. Location was great with easy access to restaurants and beach. The best thing though were the staff who were very friendly and helpful. The car park got busy but leaving the keys with the reception meant it was never a problem! We would recommend staying here.

Prisvärt boende med fantastiskt läge. Vi hade två sammankopplade rum med en dubbelsäng i varje då vi reste med barn. Det var äldre standard i rummen, de var funktionella men inte vackra. Med tanke på det låga priset så var det helt ok. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och den unga tjejen i baren gjorde den godaste aperol spritz vi drack under hela semestern. Det finns poolhandukar, vilket är trevligt men det var ett lite opraktiskt system för när man inte ville använda sin handduk mer. Istället för att samla in smutsiga poolhanddukar vid poolen så skulle man ta upp den till rummet och lägga den på badrumsgolvet. Opraktiskt och inte så trevligt med blöta poolhanddukar på badrumsgolvet över natten. Det borde de ändra på. Men det är en detalj och överlag så var jag mycket nöjd med vistelsen.

Hotel pulito con ottima colazione.Piscina riscaldata molto piacevole. Sfortunatamente il nostro bagno era molto piccolo e in camera era presente uno scalino a metà stanza. Personale molto cordiale.

Struttura molto comoda per parcheggiare l'auto. Parti comuni ben tenute. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita e con tutto l'essenziale, dotata di bel balconcino con vista città e sulla via principale. Bagno un pò piccolo e posizione dei sanitari un pò sofferta. Buona e varia la colazione.

Peccato che appena arrivato il parcheggio non era disponibile xchè già pieno

Personale molto gentile e molto bravi nel gestire la particolare situazione covid-19! Posizione ottimale, stanza confortevole solo il bagno un pochino piccolo...personale composto da molti giovani ...largo ai giovani!!

Nice newly renovated hotel with heated pool (our son loved it). Perfect location - close to the beach and the old city center. Average breakfast. Only negative, the lack of noise reduction.

Abbiamo scelto questo Hotel, con location perfetta per la nostra visita a Cervia, il comfort e la gentilezza dei gestori è super, torneremo sicuramente in futuro!!

Soggiorno lampo, la struttura in posizione strategica sia per il lungomare che per il centro, dotata di ampia piscina. Personale più che disponibile e cortese.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio interno e cordialità! Ci hanno offerto il latte per il bimbo gratuitamente la sera perché ci siamo dimenticati di portarcelo. Terrazzo alto e sicuro per il bimbo, aria condizionata ecc. Ci torneremo sicuramente!
