Wonderful hotel with excellent spa facilities. Pleasant restaurant with relaxing adjacent library-style bar. Very helpful and friendly front desk team.

Great setting. Good size rooms. Easy access from the station & to the lifts at the bottom of the Village. The lakeside setting is lovely and is probably even more attractive in the Summer. Food was good, the spa very nice indeed. Overall, we had a lovely few days and the experience was pretty special.

Fantastic stay at the Valsana Hotel in Arosa. Great breakfast and staff were all super friendly. Room was huge and really nicely furnished, very comfortable bed. Hiring mountain bikes through the hotel is great value. Also enjoyed the wonderful spa.

Comfortable large room and balcony. Also the bathroom is pretty spacious and clean. The location is perfect right a when you arrive at Arosa and super central. The Spa especially the sauna and steamroom is great and in new condition. The indoor pool is not large but just nice. The breakfast is delicious buffet not huge but with a small menu to order the war food fresh. We would come back again

We received a very warm welcome at reception on arrival Our room was large with comfortable beds and large balcony. The hotel restaurant had good social distancing organisation and the food was amazing both at dinner and breakfast when everything was cooked fresh to order. We will definitely be returning next year. The Arosa card issued by the hotel gives free travel on buses, trains and cable cars in the area which makes sightseeing very affordable.

Such a fantastic hotel, a perfect escape from the city. Lovely rooms, impeccably clean, a fantastic relaxing spa area and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were so helpful and gave wonderful recommendations for walks and restaurants. We will be back again soon!
