A very nice, pretty hotel in a VERY quiet area of Mula. However there was no restaurant on site and nothing to eat within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, fresh simple food served to the table and the staff were friendly and helpful.

A lovely rural hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean. Quiet location and easy access to some attractive local towns.

The rooms are delightful and setting in the middle of the countryside with great views. It is very clean. Lovely shower. Nice to find a hotel in Spain with a kettle. The fridge was well stocked with drinks. I did not have the opportunity to have breakfast as I was visiting friends. I would most certainly stay there again.

A bit of mixed feelings about this place. The positives: beautiful place surrounded by hills, nature and gardens. The hotel itself is also beautiful, well kept and very tidy. Beautiful pool area and the rooms (we had one with a terrace/patio) are also beautiful, modern and spacious. Very quiet area. The negatives: We chose a hotel and not self-catered accommodation because we like to use different services at hotels. Here there were basically none. The breakfast was very simple and the cleaning was done well. There was a minibar but that’s about it. Staff doesn’t speak English so you’re pretty much on your own. There were some restaurants nearby that were sometimes open but mostly were closed in the evenings. We like peaceful and remote but this was a bit too quiet, I guess. A bit of a hassle when you want to eat etc.

The property is out in the boonies and at night, the drive there is a bit spooky. However when the sun rises it will be a beautiful sight. Best to visit with a command of Spanish—the operators have not spent time outside their village. If visiting during cool season bring down sleeping bag—the room will be cold and the heater needs three days to warm it up. But its worth it for the fresh air and great scenery of the original Sierra Nevada topography.
