Incredible stay. Prior to getting to the hotel we let them know our time of arrival and they had our room ready earlier than check in time. The upgraded our room to suite 5 and it was so spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, accommodating any requests super quickly (fastest I’ve ever seen in a hotel). Hotel was very clean, room even smelled clean when we walked in. The pool area and rooftop were so relaxing, we only had a small amount of time to enjoy it prior to attending wedding events, but it was great. Located just a few blocks off of the main town center and close to absolutely everything you could need. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. AC worked fantastically which was big for me. Rooms were quiet, it’s a small hotel but couldn’t hear neighbors or staff at all. The breakfast was included (except for a few additional items) and it was delicious. Some of the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had and great coffee. This was one of my favorite hotel stays ever and if I’m ever in Valle de Bravo again I would stay here in a heartbeat.

Closeness to town square and lake

This hotel is wonderful and comfortable, on a beautiful town. We wouldn’t normally book a hotel like this, normally choosing somewhere with a gym, but we are so glad we did. The interior design is gorgeous, but best of all is the staff! They were super friendly and they bent over backwards to take care of us. My wife is vegan, not only did they have multiple menu options but they made special dishes too I barely speak Spanish but they mostly spoke excellent English and well also went and got another member of staff when they didn’t understand. Highly recommended

Shower was great. Needs more light over the sinks. WC needs to be private. One needs to share a bathroom and there is no privacy while on the WC. Internet was very good.

Its a very elegant hotel that is exceptionally well maintained. Furnishings are exquisite, and very clean. the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom is "spa-lie" with an amazing shower. Location is fantastic--only a few blocks from the central square, but no street noise. Staff are friendly and attentive and always available. The restaurant serves creative delicious food. The entire property was very clean, and very well maintained. The hotel's procedures for COVID prevention were clean, and were carried out (temp check of us at checkin, lots of hand sanitizer, all staff wearing masks and face shields). Overall, we were so pleased with everything about this place and look forward to returning.
