AC not working well. Room service poor. Linen old and sometimes torn.

Hotel rooms were very shady not safe and way too dirty. Hated it!! Had to change the hotel - after requesting several times to clean the room and change bed sheets- yes bed sheets were used and had lot of fallen hairs on it. Worst experience
