Clean & spaces room. Wonderful location, easy access to all sightseeing places.

Staff were great, room was spotless and perfect view. This is my 4th year staying with Kaiser Max! Hoping to come back next year!

Overall we had a great stay at Kaiser Max apartments. The restaurant downstairs had great food without even needing to go outside. The owner was very kind when we spoke with him and gave us extra perks for our room. When booked on Expedia, they wouldn't give us the room code until we payed an additional room cleaning fee that was not transparent on the listing. While staying there, there was very loud construction outside the window, though this is out of the control of the property managers. With no AC, the bunks get quite hot at night.

We stayed in Innsbruck in July as a family of 4 with two children, ages 12 & 17. Parking- Although there is no onsite parking, there is an offsite paid parking garage around a 5 minute walk from the apartment that was easily walk-able. Communication & Check-in- The communication was limited but informative and the Check-in was seamless. You access the entrance to the Apartment via a restaurant and check in with the hostess. The apartment elevator is right inside the door to the restaurant and easily accessible once you check in. The process took only a few minutes and was very easy. The building felt very secure, clean, and safe. Apartment- The apartment itself had two bedrooms, a pull out couch in the living room, a kitchen, and a nice large bathroom. The space was very clean and modern, and gave us ample room to spread out as a family. The air conditioning wasn't strong, but the windows were able to be opened and let in a welcomed cool breeze. Location- You CANNOT BEAT the location of this apartment. I honestly had no idea when we booked it how great it is. Located in the main square of the city, you simply have to look up for the apartment building entrance to see the Golden Roof. Almost everything the city has to offer is within steps of the building entrance and easily walk-able.

The directions to the apartment were a little confusing so took us a little longer to find; however, the building is located next to the old town tower, which is a good landmark and easy to find. The apartments are above a cafe and are very clean, modern and fresh looking. We arrived in the middle of a heatwave so the building was probably hotter than normal, with fans and windows in use instead of AC, but this is typical for many European locations. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out and loved the central location within the old town as we could walk everywhere. Didn’t see the staff apart from check in but they were very friendly and there for help/questions if needed. There are cafes, restaurants and shops within mins/seconds walk from the apartment building so everything is close by, which is a great plus on top of the quality building. Would highly recommend the apartment as a ideal location to explore Innsbruck and the surrounding area from.

Great place! Yes, check in could be annoying but other than that what an amazing place! I’ll def stay here again

Loved this area and the privacy

Location is perfect. We stayed in Studio on 5th floor with 2 adults and 2 kids (12,9). Plenty of room and exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was in an excellent location and very clean. It was well-equipped with essentials like towels, pillows, a hairdryer etc. However, there was an oddly placed planter in one of the rooms, seemingly used to cover some exposed pipes. The check-in process was smooth but unconventional, as the restaurant host also served as the apartment manager and was only available between 3:00 and 9:00 PM. We considered storing our luggage after checkout, but there was no one to assist since the restaurant didn’t open until 3:00 PM.

3 rd time staying at Kaiser Max! Absolutely love this place! I will be back next year!!!

Amazing property! The room had a wonderful breakfast nook with a view of the Goldenes Dachl. We loved staying here.

Amazing location and helpful staff. There was a heat wave so lack of air conditioning wasn’t great, but my understanding is that this is usually not an issue under normal weather conditions.

We had a very painful check-in process. This is a small apartment building, not a typical hotel. We arrived on a Sunday and there was no staff, despite arriving during the advertised check-in hours. Hotels.com was no help. Finally we received a text from staff requiring more money in order for him to come check us in, despite having paid in full through Hotels.com. Once we finally got in the apt, the rest of the stay was smooth. The apt is in a great location and is in good condition. It was very warm with no AC, but it’s common not to have AC.

Construction going on. No AC in the property so had to open the windows to bugs and construction. Water from the bathroom spills over to the living room if towels are not kept sufficiently. Extra towels.are $2 Euro each.

Perfect location, a little noisy but didnt affect us as much as we thought. Good space, fell in love with the window view. Only negative was pillows not great, and becareful as water can leak out of bathroom. Everything else great

We spent a lot of money to stay here so my expectations were pretty high. Wi-Fi signal was non existent in most of the place, which is tough when you travel internationally and get no cell service. I scanned the network and there were 41 devices on the Wi-Fi, I just don’t think the owner has kept up with the infrastructure needs to serve a whole building. No flexibility on late checkout… usually people will at least offer a few minutes or a solid explanation why we need to be out promptly at 10. Again, traveling internationally this is something to consider as 10am is early. There were little kids slamming around the floor above nearly all hours of the day and night, so it was hard to sleep for the few hours we were there.

Was a pleasant experience. The room location was amazing. Top floor of building next to ancient clock tower looking out on popular square. You enter the Apartment via a restaurant. Great location. Only snag was they charged me with an unexpected cleaning charge of $35 upon check-in. I would stay there again.

This apartment was outstanding. Attached restaurant was a big benefit with helpful staff. Our view from apt. 5 was fabulous! Right in the middle of everything you want or need. Very clean with all amenities and charming.
