Great hotel near the Front Exhibition Center. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff.

The standard room has very tiny window that can’t be opened. I tired to change my room even to a higher floor to get some natural lighting, but I was told that they were all the same. The online picture looks bigger and better than the real room. The hotel’s location is closer to the convention center, but not very convenient to stores in walking distance. 3-5 min car is needed if you want to get something. I am here for a convention. It works ok, but this is not an hotel for Riyadh if you want to explore little bit the culture.

Good hotel with good restaurant.

Everything was great, they let us do an early check in. Bed was comfortable, fast WiFi, room service was great, food as well. The only thing was small, and it didn’t have door, so everything got wet.

Basic breakfast and low quality of lunch/Diner. Better go outside for dining.

Overall well located for business gate and area staff were fantastic Mr Faisal was kind enough to upgrade me Breakfast was fantastic What a collection

Booked a non smoking room and despite not being a late check in- the only rooms available were smoking apparently

Love Love Love this hotel and staff throughout are brilliant Location is the only issue but as I usually Uber everywhere I find it easy to move around the city.

This was my second stay at this location. The first time was a month ago in a standard room for one night. And this stay was a two day weekend stay in a suit w my family. Check-in was easy. As usual, the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly! The rooms are great, especially for the price. There is an option for breakfast that can be paid in advance or by the day; w reasonable hours. Unfortunately, i have not dined for any other meal there, but there is room service and dinner.

Had to ask for room to be cleaned on day 2 at 7pm after a day at work - not the best, but they did do quickly when asked

Excellent throughout.

No easy transport to airport… one restaurant had limited menu, and it was not what it said it was. The staff had limited knowledge. No windows in room!
