Not so far away from station, around 5-10 mins walk. The room was quite spacious, the staff were helpful, breakfast was good and balanced between Japanese and Western. All nice.

walking from Kyoto station to the hotel with my 26" luggage is a bit unconvinced and not easy to find the hotel. But they gave me a big room and ambiance is great-toilet n bathroom is separate 👍...but the air-conhas a oor soundproof, makes me can't sleep do I switch it off

There is no room cleaning, the room is very small and the atmosphere is not comfortable.

Close to the big shin osaka station. Check in is easy and fast, the rooms are not very spacious but clean and everything functions properly. There is no housekeeping available so the rooms are not tidied up/cleaned (but this was informed at check-in).

The hotel is clean, all toiletries are complete and the quality of the soap conditioner shampoo is very satisfying.

Walk from Shin-Osaka Station for 15 minutes. If the luggage is large or has many pieces, it must be a little tiring. The place is comfortable, close to Shin Osaka station. Close to many convenient stores such as family mart / 7eleven. Japanese style breakfast is delicious and quite varied.

Everything is good. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast was interesting with different kind of food. Love it and may back to stay here again.

The room is OK but when you make up the room, the glass is not washed and there is still left over garbage that is not thrown away.

New accommodation, clean, helpful staff. Call Taxi near the midosuji line red line exit 6, 7. But 7, walk closer. There are ramen shops and skewers near the school. Many bathroom use, but without a hat. Shower cap, shower cream, shampoo, conditioner from POLA. Housekeeper cleans the room everyday. Take it 5 stars.

Hotels with free mobile phone facilities (can be useful for local and international telephone and WiFi hotspots) for us who stay there. Close to Shin Osaka station, the laundry facilities are okay. If a traveler who wants to Osaka is highly recommended to stay at Sarasa Hotel.

The new school is clean. There are ramen shops, laundry shops, convenience stores. Near the train station, convenient to travel, wide rooms, open 29 inches bag, can get 2 cards at the same time, clean, delicious breakfast, delicious snacks
