Very good location, near restaurant and shopping center in Osaka.

Everything was perfect. Just one suggestion for the hotel: the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed, which gave me a cold. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The location is very close to Shinsaibashi Station and Shopping District. The lobby is cool, There are free refill facilities for drinking water and coffee, washing machine,. The bed in the family room is super big. Hopefully I can go back there again. Thank you

The accommodation is very close to shopping areas. Walk a little bit to Dotonburi. The shower in the bathroom has strong water pressure. The room can adjust the air conditioner or be a heater. There is a washing machine, drinking water and ice. The room size is just right. You can open a 30-inch and 25-inch suitcase. The hair dryer is strong but not much. There is a maid cleaning every day. Check-in is at 2:30 p.m. Overall, it is good and the location is good. The bed may be a little hard. If you like a hard bed, it will be fine.

Close to Shinsaibashi station. The place is strategic. Busy from morning to evening. There is a 7eleven fmily mart near this hotel. And there is ichiran. There is a coffee machine under floor 2.

The location is right in front of Universal Studios. The breakfast is delicious and lots of variety. Spacious rooms.

We had a great stay at very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (coin laundry, ice and water dispenser, coffee and tea corner, vending machine, takkyubin service, etc), perfect location, friendy and helpful staffs.

I had the most pleasant stay here. The room nice and clean, not too big but enough for 2 people. They have laundry room, vending machine for drink, and coffee machine. The staff are very helpful. Located near 7 eleven, family mart, station and many restaurants, bar at night.

Great ambience hotel, great location. The room size is just okay. But the interior of this room is really amazing. It’s eco modern kind of theme. You can reach this hotel only by walking from Shinsaibashi Station. Near shopping and culinary area.

The staff was so nice, fluent english, and the room’s amenity is very completed from the bathroom kit to a humidifier. The design of the hotel is also unique and this uniqueness can be seen since you enter the front door that made from a wood or log something! Very pleasure!

This hotel is highly recommended. Location is perfect. Near to train station, shopping area, restaurants. The hotel design is modern & beautiful, room is so silent, the closet is so advanced. Lobby area & library at 2nd FL is simply comfort & beautiful. Only the room space is quite limited. But overall is very satisfied to stay in this hotel.
