Old hotel with new renovated (if I remember correctly). Great service mind, clean, bed so good and has relaxed atmosphere. Only downside is no elevator.

There was a problem with the booking. You have to contact the hotel yourself. The hotel did not reserve a single bed room. You have to put a double bed together and cover it with a thick topper. It is obvious that it is a double bed room because the position of the power plug and telephone plug should be beside the bed, not at the head of the bed.

Power goes out for 4 hours, which is not good, not OK. Power goes out frequently. There should be a better way to solve this problem.

The room condition looks good, but the air conditioner has a problem, there is no cold at all. Notifying the staff to fix it, it cannot be resolved. nice hotel, cleanliness was exceptable. but wifi did not work while I was stay, staff react slow and did not try to solve this problem and we end up cant stay with no wifi till check out, and not suitable for the elder because there're no elevator and no room at ground floor

No lift, hard bed, atmosphere is not good. The room does not store sound.

Clean bedding, very soft, good room, clean, delicious food, reasonable quality. (The rooms on the upper floor have to walk up the stairs, no lift, the luggage is a small woman, check-in point and lobby behind the hotel. There is no sign.) Overall picture is good.

The room was big and bright in the daytime with the curtains open. At night the lighting was pretty good. Nice big TV. There was a safe and a hair dryer in the room but the hair dryer only blew cool air. The bed was really comfortable. Nice bed linens too. Shower drain didn’t flow well so you ended up standing in a pool of water up to your ankles by the time you were finished. Instant coffee, tea, UHT milk, orange juice and bottled water were all complimentary in the room. I was disappointed that there was no fresh fruit at breakfast, but the orange juice was fresh squeezed and the entrees were made to order. There was an automatic cappuccino/espresso machine that made decent coffee too. All in all I would stay here again
