Terrible experience. The room was extremely dirty. We couldn’t sleep because of disgusting smell. Old furniture, broken doors, smelly bed sheets. But the highlight was rat trap, that we found under our table with “POISON” written on it. Fortunately, we only stayed for one night. Never again

Great location, near Adapazar and just 3 minutes walk reaches you to the bus station and makes you able to access anywhere around the city. Rooms are clean, adequately spacious, equipped with an air conditioning system and a closet. Hair dryer, tea machine maker, refrigerator, local TV and almost everything you need is provided in rooms. All the staff are nice and behave guests respectfuly. Delightful breakfast on the 5th floor with a great view in both saloon and balcony. It was a decent stay in Balturk hotel. Thank you for everything👍

Nice people working there, but the hotel is too old for the price. The rooms smell tobacco. More variety for breakfast would also be great

The room is too dirty and bathroom smells so bad, we weren’t able to sleep due to bad smell, dirty beds and noise coming from other rooms and corridor 🥺 1 star for good breakfast and Wi-Fi

Clean and big rooms. Friendly, helpful and great attitude staff. Very nice location. Will visit again.
