Perfect location. Characterful boutique hotel. Great breakfast.

Staff was friendly and did a great job explaining everything and the amenities were great.

Cute, small historic hotel tucked away in a great section of town. Cons: Room was small with poor lighting, few outlets, and the shower vacillated between hot (almost scalding) and cold).

Just okay. Very nice and convenient location. First staff member was very friendly and gave recommendations, second was rather cold. Overall pricey for the room, yet much cheaper than most in the area.

Breakfast is decent, well attended. Very conviently located, room was small -barebones. 10-15 steps up with luggage to reach the reception. Owner has a tight grip on running this place, efficient.

The room was clean , staff very nice and friendly. But the shower wasn’t pleasant at all. It was getting either so hot or so cold. We couldn’t enjoy the shower to get relaxed , a minute got very hot to the boiling point and a minute after got very cold.

Wonderful hotel in a convenient location! Family owned and run. Great service! Will definitely return next time we’re in serve, probably next year.

Good relative value for money

Clean, Comfortable, Good Breakfast, Right in the middle of town. Everything - walking distance.

It is a charming hotel, and we liked everything about it except for we two older people to have to lug our suitcases up the steps to the reception area was a tad difficult. It would be nice if someone at the front desk would have heard us and helped us. Otherwise a fabulous visit and stay.

There was an obvious deception regarding the elevators at the hotel. When we arrived, we had to climb 12 steps to the check-in desk. The most irritating part was that when we got to the desk, the woman at reception laughed about the fact that they hid the knowledge that there were steps to the check in. There are elevators to the upper floors, but that is a deceptive description.

Hotel is reasonably priced and in an excellent location for a visit to Zurich. Breakfast served is excellent with fresh pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt and boiled eggs cooked to order. Facilities are clean and staff is accommodating. Rooms and bathrooms are small as to be expected in an historic facility. They are sparse with little decoration, adequate beds and very small televisions located far across the room. Check-in requires navigating a flight of stairs, but an elevator is available up from there. Overall a good choice and value for a visit to the heart of Zurich

Great location! Walking distance to every spot we could imagine. Lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel + turist attractions. They also had a "doggy" roof top where people bring their dogs, have a beer or cocktail and enjoy. We were very pleased!
