The hotel was exactly as we expected. Clean, quiet and priced right.

Great hotel for a pit stop on our way skiing. Parking great. Rooms were okay. Bed was comfy. There is a great Italian Restaurant attached to the hotel. There is also a bakery and super market within a few minutes walk if needed.

Hotel located on the hill and far away from the town and the bus stop to go/back, the way from the bus stop to the hotel is a slope and quite.

Very basic hotel with friendly reception but the lack of working air conditioning made the space virtually unbearable. As it had not been functioning for more than one month, one might have expected to be notified in advance. Instead, we were told upon our late afternoon arrival with no time to seek alternative dwelling. The little fan and 10% discount were hard to appreciate in temperatures over 100F

This is exactly what you'd expect from an Ibis Hotel that's out in the boonies on the distant outskirts of Annecy. Good if you have a car, as there's nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel aside from a few restaurants that are closed on Sunday.

Great location and rooms were really good.

Excellent, friendly and very helpful nature of hotel reception staff. A decent continental breakfast available at hotel at extra cost. No in room facilities like microwave, iron, tea/cofee maker are provided since its a budgeted room. Also no drinking water provided in the room. Hotel is located in a bit exterior of the city so late night travel from public transport can be challenging.

This hotel is very new and very clean but it is also very basic. No frills here. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. Our only complaint was the location. It was farther from Annecy than we expected. It was a 10-20 minute drive depending on traffic. However, for the price it is a great value.

Last minute booking, literally booked 10 minutes prior to arriving and the welcome was lovely. Very modern, newly opened hotel with parking outside. Would recommend - didn't feel budget in the slightest and would stay again!! Not your typical Ibis Budget!

Pros: The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was about 10 minutes from Old Town Annecy. Parking was free. The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful, friendly, and spoke English. Cons: The air conditioning in our room was broken, so to compensate us, breakfast was offered to us at no charge. To cool the room, we opened the window but the hotel is near a busy road so it was noisy. There was no soap at the sink and there was no hair dryer.
