Everything about our stay was excellent. The accommodation was warm, spotlessly clean and the twin beds very comfortable. The room itself was the smallest in the house but we found it more than adequate and were very happy with the space. Our hosts were helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them and they made us feel very welcome. The guesthouse is conveniently situated on the main bus route into the city so, as we did not have a car, there wasn't a problem getting out and about. All in all a fabulous place to stay. Highly recommended.

Fantastic find. Iain and Anna the hosts couldn't have done anything more, our stay was perfect. So welcoming, comfortable, clean room and a lovely breakfast.

Stopped at Creston Villa in September 2025. Lovely hosts, spotlessly clean room and very comfortable bed. Served a filling, continental breakfast with several home-made offerings. On-street parking was plentiful close to the building. Would certainly recommend.

A very well kept B&B with welcoming hosts. It does have an older theme but is quite charming.

Lovely guest house within walking distance of Lincoln centre. Warm, friendly welcome on arrival and a lovely selection of cakes to help yourself to. The pine room was spacious and very clean, couldn’t fault it at all, loved the mint humbugs in the room and lots of lovely little touches to it. Breakfast was amazing, a great selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurts, home made oat biscuits and a yoghurt, fruit and granola bowl. Cured meats and cheese were available too. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was an experience not to be missed. Our hosts, Anna and Ian made us welcome in their home and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The breakfast was as good as we would ever expect. The room was perfect and we had the luxury of their lounge and garden to use. A very professional pair and they are very good at what they do and provide. 11 out oof 10 on all counts. Superb.

We had just a short stay at this eclectic B&B and were made very welcomed by the hosts. The Garden Room we stayed in was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was great, with many homemade products, and lovely chats with Iain and Anna. Will stay there again if and when we revisit Lincoln.

Amazing. Friendly, comfortable, spacious. Just a bit far out of the centre of town, and parking tricky, but worth it.

Ideal location to get into the City Centre. Lovely hosts made us feel at home and so many things to look at and admire throughout the house.

We booked the Victorian room for Saturday night stay at short notice just a short time before we arrived. We was immediately sent a welcoming text message with details of where to park and when our earliest check in would be The Host, Iain greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom was very clean, comfortable and fresh. There was plenty of refreshments and snacks available for our stay. We parked on the street nearby and it was a 20 minute walk in to the City. In the morning we were greeted by our hosts, Iain & Ann. There was a large selection breakfast items on offer which was more than ample for us. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend the guest house to friends and family. Iain & Ann are a lovely, friendly couple who provide a first class service.
