Martha was lovely and the whole place was very clean.

Lovely nights stay. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty! Martha made us feel very welcome. Parking was easy, a permit is provided if needed.

An absolute gem situated very close to all the amenities Leamington Spa has to offer. We received a wonderful warm welcome from Hannah and told to treat it as our own home and come and go as we pleased. Martha greeted us on the first morning and cooked us a fabulous breakfast. First class from start to finish

Comfortable bedroom that had everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was tiny but fine for one night. Breakfast was tasty. Very friendly hostess. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival and departure. Spotless room and guest house in a quiet location. Good choice at breakfast with friendly service. Parking permit appreciated and parking available on the road and even found a space directly outside. Thanks also for the room upgrade.

Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go to Warwick castle, take the train as parking is £10 on top of the entry charge, and take lunch with you as seasonal entry meant that there was only the 1 restaurant open for over 100 visitors. Train an easy £2.50 return from Leamington spa and a 10 mins walk the other side.

Martha was lovely and helpful in our stay, beds very comfy, house warm and breakfast varied. Would recommend :)
