Clean room, but the entrance and check in process genuinely seems so sketchy. The walls are ridiculously thin but for the price and area the room is great and clean.

pros: clean and spotless room, friendly staff, good area. cons: as people mentioned you can hear voices from the neighbor, small room, simple breakfast, they don't answer the phone.

Came into our room and our AC did not work. I go up to the front desk and ask for someone to check it out and he said there will be someone later that will come through. No one came at all and it was 95 degrees outside with no AC. Then i went up the next day and asked once again and he comes down to our room and says he turned it on and it was never turned on at all. Most useless workers Ive ever seen in my life especially after asking twice. I would not book here in the middle of the summer because your AC might not work!

The property is in a great location, but the buildings elevator was not working. There is also not "front desk" at the ground floor you have to go to the 7th floor for that and the hotel carmen is in the 4th floor.

The location was great and the room was good but nothing spectacular. The elevator to the 4th floor wasn’t working so I had to take it to the 5th floor and walk down a flight. The check in was on a different floor. The bed and room were ok and the shower was manageable.

Very good for a hostel. The reception staff could improve a little bit their customer service skills, but great overall

Staff was apparently trained to lie to customer No air conditioning at hotel and they continued to say they would come right up to room to turn it on Well we checked out and no air.

Great location next to metro station and in heart of city. Most attractions are walkable and staff are friendly but mainly speak Spanish. Room was very comfortable and fridge in room was very useful. Would recommend staying here.

Desayuno excelente para comenzar diariamente. Lo único es que para subir al piso 4 que es donde están las habitaciones o para subir al 7 que es donde está la recepción o para subir al 10º piso que es donde está el restaurante, solo hay un elevador y solo caben 4 personas. Si no tienes problema por esperar hasta que desocupen y tengas la suerte de subir es una buena opción. Céntrico, limpio, habitación cómoda para dormir.

No início assusta um pouco, pois o prédio é antigo, está em reforma e não tem uma boa aparência quando entra, mas a parte dos quartos é moderna e limpa, o quarto é pequeno mas bem completo, confortável, as janelas vedam bastante o som, mas nã 100% pois a via é muito movimentada. Ótima localização, fizemos tudo a pé. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e tem várias opções, tem uma vista linda. Recomendo.

La habitación estaba sucia, había botellas de agua vacías detrás de la puerta y olía raro. El personal de recepción estupendo.
