The man behind the desk didnt have the key. He kept running to the room. So i went to eat. When i came back they could reach him. The young lady behind the desk was very apologetic. The noise was non stop. There was no hot water. Pass this hotel.

Suite rooms are very well located, just in front of the main spuare, where most of the town festivities occur.

Wonderful breakfast, awesome staff, great location. Only thing, the electrical outlets need to be upgraded, we couldn't keep phone chargers plugged, nor the lamp.

The hotel is near everything, the personnel are nice, the breakfast is very good. As i was checking out, they wanted me to pay !20 soles extra because I had checked in two hours before the official check in time.I was not aware of this until they sprung it on me as I was trying o go to the airport. Because of this conflict and discussion with hotel employees, I ended up missing my flight out of Ayacucho. I had to send a bit more than $100 for a ticket with another airline, as LATAM would have charged me more for the ticket with SKY, I will never stay with DM HOteles in Ayacucho again.

Decent hotel right in the centre of town. A bit difficult to drive a car there though since all the streets are one way and traffic was quite heavy. Location is great since it’s right at the centre. Lots of eating options there too. Hotel itself is roomy and spacious. Though it has a bit of a dated feel due to the room colors and the dark lighting. The light inside is very dark. And makes the room look dirty.

Beautiful old historic building just a block from the Plaza de Armas. Excellent service from the staff.

The hotel was in the center of the city and it was easy to walk around. Unfortunately in Ayacucho there is no rental car company so I took a tour instead to go visit a place I wanted to go. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I also bought an artisan work from a local artist which was in the showcase at the hotel.

The hotel location is perfect ! Walking distance of everything . The staff was helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable

Ecellent breakfast and location, friendly staff. Bed was not very comfortable.

We asked to be picked up at the airport. We had to phone the hotel to remind them to collect us. The hotel is very close to the main square and restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was always good with the hot food replenished quickly. The room was fairly basic and, for us, the bed was a little small. The wi-fi worked whenever we needed to connect and there is always coca tea available by the main door. If you are less than 6’ 3” the bed shouldn’t be a problem! The staff were always smiling and helpful.
