The room is good, but the service really needs improvement, reception is not kind, employees talk so loud in the alley. The breakfast is poor and if you dont get there early you have less options. I don't recommend this hotel

Staff really friendly and professional. The variety of food for breakfast is excellent and everything is delicious and well made. Always clean and fresh. The pool was in maintenance and we could not use but it is understandable. The gym equipments are old and poor in options but I reckon not many guests are using it as it was always empty. In a overall the stay was beyond expectations.

Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C.

The Littoral Gold Flat is a good place to stay with some disappointments the weekend I stayed recently. 1. The dining room was very warm as one of the 3 air conditioners did not work and the other two were turned on the minute they started serving breakfast. Large rooms need at least a hour to cool off. I felt very hot at breakfast. 2. My suite only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The living area had to be cooled by way of keeping the bedroom door open. I had coworkers over to hang out but we had to stop the meeting because it was too hot in my living area that has no air conditioning. Spend the money so that if I pay for a suite I can host visitors without embarrassing moments like I experienced. 3. There are many homeless people nearby. 2 times I was approached getting into my car by people begging who could have just as easily tried to rob me. I was parked outside the Flat’s parking garage on the street. I felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Inside was safe and secure. 4. They kept the gaming / recreation areas locked all dat long. I thought May keycard could be used to enter but I had to get a staff member. 5. Overall the place had some nicer features, especially the showers. They had a good hot shower. Good space as well in the bedroom and living rooms.

My stay was good, but the breakfast service was not fair for the level of the hotel. Items were not replaced, it means if you want to have everything on the buffet you should be there when the breakfast starts. Also, the service was passive aggressive for no reason, i am talking about me. I don't care if they had bad experience with others customers, they might provide good service for all.

Easy Check In, very friendly and helpful staff, great environment, and a wonderful breakfast spread (the property comes with free breakfast). Apartments are well laid out and comfortable for an ideal stay.

Exaustor do banheiro muito barulhento. Vagas de garagem confusas. Só tem uma pia, mas nao tem cozinha. No geral um bom hotel.

Internet simplesmente inexistente. A equipe do "restaurante" responsavel pelo café da manhã claramente odeia trabalhar lá e transmite isso para todos os clientes. De resto, tudo ok.

O flat é amplo porém não tem nenhum utensílio de cozinha, só 1 microonda e 1 frigobar. TV do quarto só funciona Globo .Não é smart TV. O café da manhã é bom. A limpeza regular, localização excelente.Academia pequena .

De maneira geral, gostei muito do local. Check-in e check-out rápidos, quarto grande e agradável, bom café da manhã. Só tive duas questões: 1º) as toalhas (todas brancas) estavam com aparência de que precisavam de uma lavagem mais "pesada" e 2º) o fato de ser um "flat", com estrutura de pia e micro-ondas, mas não haver um talher ou prato disponíveis no quarto.

Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos, a área comum estava bem limpa. Mas não tive sorte com o quarto, tive q trocar três vezes. No primeiro quarto o ar não estava resfriando, no segundo estava com cheiro de mofo e no terceiro achei uma barata. Não me hospedaria lá novamente.

O quarto tinha barata. Todo dia elas apareciam à noite. O hotel indicava que tinha estacionamento com manobrista dando a entender que era gratuito mas tinha um custo de 18 reais por dia. Eles deveriam deixar isso explícito no anúncio.
