This hotel was an absolute shocker. The room was run down, both showers were mouldy, and the noise was so bad I didn’t sleep at all. The heater didn’t work in the bedroom, and in the middle of winter they expect guests to use a thin blanket instead of a proper doona. Basic essentials weren’t even provided — no tea towel, no coffee machine, and no milk pods in the fridge. It felt like the bare minimum wasn’t even attempted. During my stay I read the reviews, and the same issues have been reported before. Nothing has changed. Management clearly isn’t listening or fixing anything. The reception guy was polite but even he couldn' t do much because the problems are clearly bigger than the front desk. Charging guests for a room in this condition is unacceptable, and the whole place feels neglected from top to bottom. The only thing that worked was the car park being close to the room — and honestly, that’s the best part of the entire place. When the car park is the highlight of your hotel, you’ve got a serious problem.

One night stay, room is large but being on the ground floor was very noisy with coronation drive. Was disappointed with no tea or coffee in the room. Overall was a good stay for one night, bathrooms are quite out dated and needs a good clean more in cupboards.

Great spot to get to Suncorp Stadium. Great value just needed to be cleaner. We turned on a ceiling fan and it sprayed clumps of built up dust all over the beds … the dust in the fan was neatly an inch thick

Magnificent view & great apartment & location. The Kitchen did require better cleaning with the Fridge and drawers quite dirty and there was no Tea Towel to be found.

Absolutely filthy and unhygienic! From grimy, moldy bathrooms to floors that look like they have never been cleaned. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Everything just felt extremely dirty and dusty.

Spaces and functional with everything you need. Beds were clean, but the apartment was a bit outdated and in some spaces needed a deep clean, some dirty dishes etc Overall we were very satisfied. Reception were very organised and efficient.

The bathrooms smelt of mould even though they appeared clean the beds and linen where clean ...dusto. shelves they had wiped the first 3inches at the front and a thick layer of dust filled the rest of the shelves the oven had bits of food in it, the jug should have been replaced some time ago, we had to put all the cutlery and crockery theough the dish washer as it had grease on it the land line phone looked like it had been sitting there collecting dust and grease for quite some time, they would be betyer off throwing out the lamps in the main bedroom. I have taken photos will not go back and will not recommend quite disappointed was not game to look in the aircon units

Great large space. Clean amenities. Only digital tv though with limited working channels. Would book again as very happy overall

Waste left in frig freezer. Coffee cups(3) had aged dirty circles inside cup.unusable - health hazard. 2.5 standard. Twin beds were children’s beds not suitable to teen or adult. View great but very very continuous Coronation Drive traffic noise. Ok with all windows closed but then no verandah.

We loved having the 2 bathrooms in each room and the views was perfect we will be using use guys again thank you 💛🌻☺️

Fantastic to have covered, secure parking! Property was much bigger than I thought it would be. Had everything we needed. Bus stop right outside and easy walk to river ferry.

The apartment was perfect for our grown family, the living area was spacious and clean. The location was close to transport and local pubs, and the view was awesome. We would definitely book this again!!

Nice and close to the City. Great views. Friendly and helpful Admin staff. Easy check in and out. Great sized unit with all the comforts of home. Will be staying again.
