The best customer service from Oscar and Teresa

I got a great stay fantastic service, Oscar an Teresa were incredible they make sure We enjoy our stay they were super friendly and professional, I really recommend this property very clean and comfortable great food from the hotel restaurant but over all the customer service was the best I had in my travels in a long time and I am a frequent traveler keep up the great service five star service

room was cold or warm. AC system didnt do much. Stairs within room very clumsy (i actually fell on both my knees). the bathroom shower are is so tight never ever been in a cubical this miniscule

Lovely place, lovely people. We have a pleasant time staying in this hotel. Very warm welcoming when I get to the hotel. Every staff was so nice, location is stunning, service was good, pool was clean. They are way beyond the value. Will come back again.

Service was 10/10. The property is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Only downside is the food was not great and the beds seemed quite old and were very 'taco' shaped, so we didn't sleep super well.

Super quiet and beautiful views. We very much enjoyed our stay and loved the outdoor playground area for our child. The breakfast is available for a small fee which we knew, but it was very basic (one coffee, juice and cake/croissant). If you would like a second coffee or additional breakfast item, there is an additional charge.

The setting of this hotel is one of the most beautiful in Tuscany. Located on a modest rise, you can see Pienza and two other hilltop towns, bathed in sunlight each morning and evening and watch evening storms roll in from great distance from one of several benches placed so that you can enjoy the scenery. The rooms are comfortable and the pool is lovely. But what made our experience particularly special was the hotel staff's care and kindness. Luca and Regina served us delicious breakfasts and evenings meals, moving tables to the beautiful courtyard so that we could enjoy the cool evening air and one of the most romantic settings you can imagine.

From the moment we drove up the gravel road lined with Cypress trees to the hilltop villa, we felt we were living the "Tuscan" experience. The setting is beautiful, peaceful with gorgeous 360 views. A few kilometers from Pienza, less than 10 km from Montalcino & Montepulciano. An hour south of Sienna. We rented a very large studio with loft for 6 for 3 nights: 2 twins on ground floor, 2 twins on loft, 1 double sofa bed. It had 2 bathrooms, 2 AC units. The place is currently managed by 3 20-somethings, and they worked VERY hard to please. We asked the restaurant manager for a recommendation for wine tasting, and he immediately called in the reservation for a private wine tasting at Innocenti winery in Montalcino. (Amazing experience; delicious Brunello de Montalcino!) We asked the hostess for a dinner recommendation, and she too called in a reservation at Osteria Baccus Pienza. It turns out the place was booked solid; they took no walk-ins that night. We felt special and the Tuscan food was delicious. The inn itself is only about 20 years old - having been rebuilt from rubble. They maintained the traditional villa look, but has all the modern conveniences. We had breakfast (5 euros/person) every morning - large assortment of meats, cheeses, pastries, fruits, juices and waters, and one hot coffee drink. A very good spread. We signed up for one "home made" Tuscan dinner, which was served in their courtyard. Pool was refreshing.

Equipe super simpática. Quarto espaçoso. Paisagens fantásticas o nascer e por do sol. Excelente cafe da manhã e jantar.

Maravilhosa experiência na região de Pienza que eu e minha esposa tivemos. Quarto grande, 2 aquecedores no quarto, chuveiro com água quentinha, cama um espetáculo de conforto, limpeza impecável e um atendimento top feito pelo Oscar. Lugar maravilhoso. Ótimo custo benefício. Recomendarei a todos amigos que forem visitar a Região da Toscana e voltarei com certeza a está hotel.
