Excelente servicio limpieza

Very good place overall, please consider that this is not rated as a 5star hotel, but rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, attentive and polite, very basic breakfast, good to get you going. Plenty of parking on rear of hotel, and I did see cameras, that is a plus in my books. Overall pleased with this hotel

Breakfast was good but the housekeeper terrible no Cleaning asking if you need something Room it was not the one I ask for the fan was dirty no clean it’s Good for an Emergency but not for vacation or etc

Muy buen hotel, limpio, camas muy comodas, buen desayuno, buena ubicacion, amplio estacionamiento. Volveria a hospedarme otra vez. 100% recomendado.

Good good good

I paid for a standard room with a king bed. Mind you I called ahead of time to confirm it was accurate and they confirmed. On the day of check in they gave me a room with a full bed. I spoke to the front office and they informed me their hotel does not even hold any king beds so it is false advertisement. I have been trying to get either a partial or full refund from Hotels.com. They say they try getting in contact with someone at the hotel to discuss the issue and process a refund but they are unable to. However when I call I get a hold of someone right away. I have asked to speak to a manager and they call me later at night so I missed their call and now I cannot get a hold of anyone. Not staying in this hotel ever again. False advertisement

Everything great

Nobody informed me that there was gym, the access to the shopping areas were diffucult to access due to there are no pedestrian bridge to go across the boulevard.

Clean room

Staff was attentive, but the blankets in the room had stains, shower towels also had stains, and the mattress had rips… breakfast was cold and no flavor, coffee was excellent.
