The room was dirty, the floor was stained and covered in stickers. When I complained about the excessive number of stickers (it was past 9 PM and the hotel was fully booked), there was no alternative room available, leaving me with no choice but to accept it. If they sprayed for stickers at 9 PM, I demanded they do it. The next day, the hotel said they had sprayed for stickers, but the stickers were still there, the mattress was dirty, and the towels were torn. This is extremely irresponsible business practice.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm still very satisfied. The hotel is clean, the price is reasonable, and it's very close to the city center, making it convenient for getting around.

Okay, it's suitable for staying overnight and experiencing the place, but there are too few food options nearby.

The rooms are clean, enough space, good facilities, especially the beds, and the staff is friendly enough. However, about 3 days during our stay, the very neighbor seemed to renovate their house. The sound of drilling is very loud, even in the lunch time which is a rest time in Vietnam. Moreover, it is hard to find good food around for a normal meal; usually, you have to take a taxi. Overall, I would grade the hotel between 7-8/10.

Hotel near the beach, near dining areas, enthusiastic staff, early check-in support. Motorbike rental service available. The only problem is the old TV has no internet connection 😂
