Property is good however, we had a problem with lots of noise coming from the room above ours. When we raised this with the staff, we were told they can't do much about it since they have the room and then we questioned what about us because we also paid. This is weh.we were told the person will try talking to the occupants of the room above ours but can't guarantee the noise will go away. Nothing changed and we ended up staying there like that. The noise seems to be as if someone is keeping running.

Nice to walk into an air-conditioned room on such a hot day. Rooms are spotless. Kitchen is cute. (Would have liked to stayed longer to enjoy it all.) The pillows were very flat. Need full fluffy ones. Easy, quick check-in/check-out. Lovely staff. Enjoyed overall stay ✨️✨️✨️✨️

It was a good time there

Overall great stay. The pillows provided were very thin but otherwise pleased with the room. Quiet, clean, and would stay again if passing through.

The room is not that clean and is not well maintained. We can even find buds crawling around. Tefon coating of provided cookware are worn-out and are not suitable for cooking

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was nice to have a little playground for my grandchildren. The room was clean and spacious. It had a kitchenette too. It also was very soundproof between rooms. I highly recommend the Fair Isle Motel.

Amazing rooms and services.

We stayed here briefly during a honeymoon road trip and were incredibly impressed! The room was super clean and spacious, in a good location, and the staff were helpful getting us a taxi number when we realized that Uber doesn’t operate in PEI. 10/10 would recommend any stay here. We only wish we got to stay longer to enjoy the extras like the full kitchen. They also have laundry for anyone who needs access to that on vacation. Thanks for the great stay!

Good location for travelling to various coasts on the island. Updated and clean. Mattresses not that comfy.

Good having kitchenette but everything seemed dirty. Pillows were horrible. Beds very soft. Bathroom very small. No vent fan. Poor tv selections- minimal. Over priced. Exterior looks newer.

Property is in good location

It was clean Had air conditioning Hair dryer However many u have in your party that’s all they give you in cutlery and dishes no extras They did come and change out our towels while we were gone unknown to us

Only nit picks were that the plug for the drain for the bathroom sink was too large so it did not seal the drain properly. And the door glass in the door had 2 hairline cracks. Overall room was 9.5 out of 10 for what we needed.

I would like to speak with Expedia directly. The room that was advertised by Expedia was nothing like what we got. We had the room rented for 6 nights. Got to the place and first of all noticed the pillow case was soiled. And sheets had hair on them. There was a bad odour too. I asked that the sheets be changed and I was asked if I wanted to change them myself. I said that the space we were given was not as advertised. The desk clerk explained it was expedias’s mistake. I was told I could have the space as in the picture if I upgraded to pay more. I asked for another room and was told there was no other available. There were so many issues. The blanket had a hole and was dirty too. They said they couldn’t give me another. I had to borrow a blanket from a relative in the community. Day 2 I asked for the garbage to be changed and I was provided two plastic bags. Day 3 At 10:20 am I asked for the sheets to be changed again and I was told it could not happen until the next day. Day 4 I asked for the room to be cleaned. The garbage was removed, sheets were changed and the floors were not swept. During my whole stay there I would not walk on the floors without shoes. There was even a pair of socks underneath the bed not belonging to me and the box spring cover was soiled with something brown. I could not wait to get out of the place. I have pictures to prove what I witnessed/lived. I have lost confidence in using Expedia.
