I love this hotel and their service. I always make it a point to stay here when I visit Bangalore. The service of Himanshu and Baby was really great in Cur8 they went out of their way to make me feel at home.

The Four Seasons Bengaluru exceeded all expectations with exceptional service and outstanding food. I want to specifically acknowledge Bhanu for making my first visit to India truly extraordinary. Her attentiveness and service-oriented approach ensured I had all the accommodations I needed. Bhanu went above and beyond by taking the time to explain the various dishes and personally walking me through the dining experience. Her professionalism and dedication made my stay unforgettable. This hotel and its team, especially Bhanu, come highly recommended!

This is an excellent hotel which is maintained immaculately. The staff are super friendly and huge shout out to Sarah in guest relations, Sayan and Baby at Cur8. The team always checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. This is the best facility in Bangalore truly exceeds 5 stars!

The stay was comfortable and service amazing.In the room the outlets were not working. The in-house Asian restaurant was terrible.

The hotel was good but it didn’t come up to the usual standards of a Four Seasons Hotel.

Great staff

Hotel was newly renovated so looks clean. Bed is comfortable. But housekeeping standards/ SOP needs to be ironed out as my room wasn't cleaned despite the house keeping alert light being switched on. Saw staff wiping food from breakfast table onto the ground and simply left them there. Restaurants and bar was great! Food and service at both was also awesome especially with Jithin at Far & East. I fell sick and Rachel from Customer experience was very helpful in getting me medication. Also bumped into hotel GM in the lift and his service recovery and following up with hospitality feedback was great.

My wife and I would like to say a huge thank you to Rueben and his amazing team for making our anniversary weekend so special at the Four Seasons Bengaluru. The service was flawless, the design impressive and rooms most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor pool, the friendly breakfast experience (Akshay was a star!), Rachel's warm welcome on reception, and dinner at Far & East on the top floor where we returned for a second night as the prawns were so good! This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed at and we look forward to when we can return. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our visit so memorable.
