The condition of the hotel is very poor, no a/c or fan in the room, you had to open the window if you want to feel some fresh air!!! VERY NOISY HORRBLE

You pay for what you get No windows nor environmental air control, specifically when after using the shower. Deal with it. No vending machines. 24/7 watchman. Excellent customer service.

Es un hotel que está muy bien ubicado para personas que requieren ir a la Embajada, el valor es muy bueno y las condiciones son agradables. La Comunicación desde el Momento que haces reserva es increíble !! Te contestan muy rápido todas tus inquietudes! Lo recomiendo ciento por ciento !!

Agradezco mucho el buen servicio brindado durante mi estadía, muchas gracias al señor Andres por sus atenciones, los desayunos me gustaron mucho, (es lo justo por lo que pagas sin ser nada del otro mundo) las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias,, además el hotel está bien situado cerca a la embajada

Esta fue la PEOR experiencia en un hotel en nuestra vidas. Todo fue HORRIBLE/PÉSIMO desde la recepción, hasta la habitación, la comida, la atención y servicio de los empleados!!! El PEOR hotel que hemos conocido. This was our worst experience ever in a hotel. Everything was HORRIBLE, from the receptionist, to the room, the food, the attention and service from the employees. This is the WORST hotel that we have even been!!!
