Everything there was just extraordinary. The staff was very welcoming and they all did their jobs with smiles on their faces that was what stood out for me. The rooms and everywhere was always clean and the food was great as well. It’s a place to visit again.

Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms and my son enjoyed the water slides the most. The animation team is great! We, a family of three, spent a wonderful holiday.

This is a very good family friendly hotel. This is our second stay here and we will be returning again. The food is excellent. The activities for children suffice. The staff are lovely. Under the leadership of Yassine, they are all a great team.

5 stars – Perfect Birthday Getaway! We stayed at Iberostar Selection Kuriat Palace to celebrate my wife's birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She loved every bit of it — from the beautiful beachfront views to the relaxing spa and luxurious amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The atmosphere was peaceful yet vibrant, ideal for a romantic escape. Truly a memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. The hotel is huge, with lots of pools and direct access to the beach. I was very satisfied even though I stayed for just one day. I’m already planning to come back with my family next time!

A wonderful Feb Half-Term break away. The hotel was all inclusive with a wide variety of food to suit everyone’s tastes (available all throughout the day). Local drinks all offered for free too. We didn’t venture out of the hotel so can’t comment on the local area. Staff all very polite and professional. Right in the beach and would recommend for a family holiday.

The hotel rooms were all really clean. The all inclusive options were absolutely amazing! You can also choose to eat at one of their themed restaurants for free once during your stay. We enjoyed the activities they had on during the day and nights. There is not really anything to do outside nearby. You cannot call bolt to that area. However, hotel we get a taxi for you. Only downfall was that they did not have an iron available during our stay. We called constantly and waited around for someone to bring us an iron just to be told that we needed to wait until 12pm the next day. This was unacceptable for a hotel that is rated 5*. Their room service is extremely slow. We also asked for robes and slippers for the spa, they took nearly 2 hours just getting this to our room. I had to leave to get my hammam done and had to leave my sister in the room to wait around. We were supposed to enjoy our hammam together but didn’t get to do this.

It was great to stay in this amazing location and beautiful view, dining, welcoming staff, lobby, and music are the best way provided but they need to provide a sufficient amount of water, nuts, etc in the room and catering as well

Very good value for money. Very friendly staff, all of the staff. Would like to have more info after check-in about all the amenities and activities--know when there is aqua aerobics, what the theme nights are in Tilar restaurant, etc. Beach was not appealing to use. Would be nice to have more hours for use of pool and definitely the sauna.

The resort was amazing from service to food landscaping to cleaning outstanding.. if ever coming back to Tunisia this is the place

It was a fantastic stay. The food, weather, the staff were very good. I was also impressed that I had misplaced my wallet and the following day the housekeeping team had handed it in. All the money and credit cards were in tact. I love the honesty of the staff and I genuinely would go back.

This is a tough review because it was so split. We had some staff that was absolutely amazing-super friendly, responsive, and helpful. On the other hand, some staff was extremely overbearing, and friendly to the point it felt like harassment. The hotel is very nice and the food is good with ample variety, but I am not sure I would return. The entertainment was poorly organized and lacking in variety and quality. I would not come to this hotel if you are just a group of women. I would not come to this hotel if you have teenage daughters. I say this because as a woman, I felt harassed specifically by the entertainment staff. Also worth nothing that most of the reviews here were written by hotel staff bc they go around being like write us a five star review and will make you write it in front of them. I only got out of it by saying my phone was dead.
