I wanted to take a moment to share my outstanding experience at the Innside by Melia hotel, which I would rate a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, and the variety of high-quality food options is impressive, with everything always served fresh. However, what truly made my stay remarkable was the exceptional staff. Cintia provided excellent room service throughout the week, always with a big smile, while Angelo at the bar crafted the best drinks and offered great recommendations for exploring the city. I also want to highlight Stefanny at the front desk, who was attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking the best experience in the city.

Hotel was fantastic overall. Service was good and you even get a free welcome drink to use in the Rooftop bar. Would definitely stay here again in Lima.

Good hotel

Really nice, modern hotel with a good breakfast and comfortable rooms. It was a little difficult getting in touch with the hotel via email to arrange a transfer but that was sorted out fairly quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The water in the shower was not label at all. I kept getting hot and cold water during my showers. I requested at the front desk for assistance, she claimed that someone went to my room to check the water but it was still the same.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, great espresso, breakfast was amazing, staff is great.

Everything we needed and wanted for our stay in Miraflores was provided by this hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was modern and very clean; and very close to several excellent restaurants, parks, spas, and great shopping!

I had an amazing stay at INNSiDE! The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, from the lobby to the rooms. It’s clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment. The room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and thoughtful amenities that made me feel right at home. I also appreciated the fast and reliable WiFi, which made working and streaming effortless. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-connected place to stay!

As a first-timer in Lima/Miraflores, I can't offer a lot to others. With that said, the staff at INNSiDE was very good, very helpful. I have not complaints. The hotel seems reasonably enough located within walking distance or Uber to restaurants and shops of all kinds. I wasn't overwhelmed by the cultural experience but maybe one has to go elsewhere for that. My room was comfortable enough but it was pretty sparsely furnished. A couple might have found it too spartan. The 352 Gastrobar was fine for a dinner, the rooftop bar was decent as well. I was happy overall but it doesn't feel like a 5-star stay.

Steffany and the staff at Melia were extremely helpful. Thank you for letting me check in a bit earlier & allowing me a later check out! Plus there is a fitness center & pool on the 10th floor. Rooms were great - clean and roomy. Melia made my stay memorable in Lima. Thank you again!

The hotel is well located in a walkable area and hotel staff was very friendly, albeit not always efficient. We didn't like any of the places they recommended for food and when we asked the front desk to make reservations at 2 places that we know require them, they told us it was unnecessary and didn't call - we ended up being turned away from both places because we didn't have reservations... We ate at the hotel restaurant one evening and the service was extremely slow and food was not good and they allowed people to smoke at the table next to us (outdoor) despite it being a "smoke-free" property. The breakfast is also very basic and is the same every day. Muffins were raw and they don't have many healthy options. The room was clean and modern-ish but on the smaller side. The rooftop pool is a nice feature but gets crowded quickly.
