The hosts were fantastic, plenty of parking free, common area with amenities, including swiss hot cocoa!! We met very interesting people there because you feel like at home.

The room was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful for me and my friends. Best stay out of my 10-day Japan trip.

Our room smelled a bit burnt but otherwise the facility was clean and quaint. Loved that we could walk to the Lake nearby

Good homely feeling location

It 's like a small bed & breakfast where the owner live there as well. Share common dining room, toilet, shower. Somewhat outdated facility but clean. The owners ( grand father & mother) are friendly and helpful Only 7 min walk to the nearest bus stop and a big Onsen facility nearby. Although it's better to rent a car to drive around to enjoy the area.

It was such and amazing stay! The host were so kind, sweet, and helpful. I will be coming back just to stay here. It was great.

富士山がよく見える場所にあり、スーパーとお風呂がとても近くて便利でした。 隣の部屋の物音が割と聞こえるのが気になりました。 煮炊きができなかったのが残念でした。

Excellent! felt like home and the service was outstanding. everything is written in Japanese, English, French, Spanish ,,etc.. (don't remember what else) . there is a supermarket close by and a very nice place to eat too. the room we reserved did not have its own bathroom but all the bathroom/restrooms are so clean that it does not matter. Parking space is big and easy for long cars.

オーナー方の雰囲気もよく過ごしやすい宿でした。今回はお出かけメインでしたが、今度ぜひここでゆっくりすること自体を目的に宿泊したいと思います。
