The staff service was excellent. Very friendly & prompt. But the room is very warm the aircon takes a long time to cool the room. Secondly, our toilet got choked on the 1st day though their staff came to fix quite quickly. We visited in dec.

Very nice hotel and business lounge where you can enjoy happy hour from 17:30 to 19:30.

Great hotel, breakfast is link a dinner. Will definitely stay there again for my next trip. It is close to the tower area and keeps good distance so it is not noisy at night. Service is also great!

The staffs are very helpful, but the bathroom door lock was broken and needed replacement.
